المستخلص:	Since the emergence of inter-firms cooperative form, the information asymmetry remains one of the main barriers to use it, while the Saas emerged in this last decade as the most recent form of outsourcing. However, the problematic of asymmetric information as a barrier hindering the resort to Saas solutions was not asked as to construct a new shutter of research enriching the literature. So this paper aims to present a new academic angle that is asymmetric information that may produce an unbalance naturally informational leaning generally in favor of Saas services provider and to the detriment of customer firm. Depuis l’émergence de la forme coopérative interentreprises, l’asymétrie d’information demeure l’une des principales barrières de recourir à celle-ci, tandis que le Saas émerge durant cette dernière décennie comme la forme la plus récente de l’externalisation. Toutefois, la problématique de l’asymétrie d’information tant que barrière entravant le recours aux solutions Saas n’a pas été posée comme permettant de construire un nouveau volet de recherche enrichissant la littérature. Ce papier vise donc à présenter un nouvel angle de l’asymétrie d’information qui peut éventuellement produire un déséquilibre de nature informationnelle en faveur du prestataire de services Saas et au détriment de l’entreprise cliente.
