جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان: (القمر الاصطناعي العربي ودوره في تطوير الخدمة الإخبارية بالقنوات الفضائية التلفزيونية) (قناة الشروق الفضائية السودانية (أنموذجا))، واستخدم فيها الباحث المنهج الوصفي لاستخلاص النتائج بتجميع البيانات وتنظيمها وتحليلها، أما الأدوات التي استخدمت لجمع بيانات الدراسة فهي صحيفة الاستبانة، الملاحظة، المراجع والكتب. واختار الباحث عينة نوعية من الخبراء الإعلاميين بالمؤسسات الإعلامية السودانية، وأساتذة الإعلام بالجامعات السودانية، وتحصل على المعلومات من هذه العينة بصحيفة الاستقصاء، وبلغ حجم العينة 86 مبحوثا . وقسم الباحث دراسته إلى فقرات وعناوين تناول فيها الإطار المنهجي للدراسة ويحتوي على مقدمة ومشكلة البحث وخطوات الدراسة والدراسات السابقة وعلاقتها بدراسته مع توضيح الهدف من الدراسة، ثم تناول تطور البث الفضائي، متطرقا القمر الاصطناعي العربي عربسات، والقمر الاصطناعي المصري نايل سات، وتحدث عن الدراسة الميدانية التي اشتملت على الدراسة التحليلية والمعالجات الإحصائية المستخدمة في الدراسة، وقام بعرض البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها، كما استعرض نتائج وتوصيات الدراسة ، إضافة إلى المصادر والمراجع. وبعد إجراء البحث خلص إلى نتائج الدراسة ومن أهمها ما يلي : 1. الدور الاتصال للقمر الاصطناعي العربي (عرب سات) يتمثل في نقل أخبار العالم للدول العربية، ونقل أخبار الدول العربية للعالم، وتحقيق السيادة للعرب في مجال الاتصال. 2. مشكلا القمر العربي (عرب سات) في الاتصال تتمثل في محدودية حجم التغطية الجغرافية للقمر، وضعف حماية البث، وارتفاع كلفة الاشتراك. 3. نجحت قناة الشروق بفضل القمر العربي أن تكون مصدرا أساسياً لأخبار الشأن الداخلي السوداني. 4. الهدف من بث قناة الشروق عبر القمرين العربيين عرب سات ونايل سات هو زيادة حجم الرقعة الجغرافية التي يغطيها بث القناة واستمراريته. و بناءا على هذه النتائج قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات
This study was entitled : (Arab satellite and its role in news service satellite TV channels), applied study on Ashoroog Sudanese space channel ,The approach used for collecting organizing and analyses data to find the results is The descriptive approach. Means used for collecting data: The questionnaire , observation, references, and Books. s community includes quality sample that consist of media experts in 'The study media institutions in Sudan, and professors of communication in Sudanese universities ,the information from this sample collected by questionnaire. The sample size was (86) researched. And the research consists of paragraphs and headings which contains methodological framework of the study which contains the Introduction , the research problem ,the steps of the study , previous studies and their relationship to this study explaining the objective of the study, and then deals with development of Arab satellite (Arab sat), and Nile Sat and finally talked about The (field study),which consists of the analytical and statistical treatments used in the study, and The researcher explained the procedures for the field study and displayed the interpretation and analysis of the data, reviews the results of the research and the study's recommendations, in addition to the sources, references and annexes. After conducting the study and research, the researcher concluded that the most important results of the study are the following :- 1 –The Arab satellite (Arab sat) role of communication is to bring news of the world to Arab countries, and send the Arab news to the world and to achieve the sovereignty of the Arabs in the area of communication. 2 - The problems of the Arab satellite (Arab sat) in communication is the limited size of the geographical coverage, and poor protection of the broadcast, and the high cost of participation. 3- Ashoroog t v channel succeeded by means of Arab satellite to be an essential source for the news of internal affairs of Sudan. 4- Objective of Ashoroog t v channel broadcast over the two Arab satellites (Arab sat) and (Nile sat) is to increase the geographical broadcast coverage of the channel. Based on these results, the researcher provided some recommendations.
