520 |a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على درجة إشراك أو تمكين العاملين في المؤسسة ضمن مسار الحصول على شهادة اعتماد الجودة (الأيزو مثلا) أو تحقيق الجودة الشاملة. \ لقد انصب مجال الدراسة والبحث على عمال مؤسسة صناعة المواد الكاشطة والزجاج المتواجدة بالمنطقة الصناعية لمدينة سعيدة. \ استخدم في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث وزعنا اكثر من 35 استبيان، استرجع منه 33 قابلة للتحليل، كما استخدمنا بعض الأدوات الإحصائية لاختبار الفرضيات منها ( الفا كرونباخ، سلم ليكارت، اختيار ستودنت، اختبار فيشر، معامل الارتباط بيرسون)، وذلك باستخدام برنامج spss v 19.  |b The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of involvement of company personnel in an approach of certification and total quality management. The case study was focused on the staff of the company "ABRAS, SAIDA" SPA, subsidiary of the Group ENAVA. \ For this study, we used in the descriptive approach, where we took a sample of company employees who constitute the majority of the permanent staff of the company. 31 questionnaires have been returned, acceptable for analysis. \ We based on a set of statistical tools to test hypotheses. Among these tools (Coefficient Alpha Cronbach, Likert Scale, Test Student, Fisher test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient), using SPSS V19 software. \   |d Le but de cette étude est de connaître le degré d’implication du personnel de l’entreprise dans une démarche de certification et de management de la qualité totale, l’étude de cas a été porté sur le personnel de l’entreprise « ABRAS, SAIDA », SPA, Filiale du Groupe ENAVA. \ Pour réaliser cette étude, nous avons recouru, à l’approche descriptive, où nous avons pris un échantillon des employés de l’entreprise qui constituent la majorité des cadres permanents de l’entreprise, 31 questionnaires ont fait l’objet de retour, acceptables pour l’analyse. \ Nous avons basé sur un ensemble d’outils statistiques pour tester les hypothèses, parmi ces outils (Coefficient Alpha Cranbach, Echelle Likert, Test Student, Test Fisher, Coefficient de corrélation Pearson), avec l’utilisation du logiciel SPSS V19. \
