يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن حجم العلاقة بين الصمود والتماسك الأسري لدى عينة من طالبات كلية البنات ووضع بروفيل للصمود النفسي يميز بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي التماسك الأسري، والتعرف على ما إذا كانت هناك فروق بين أفراد العينة طبقاً لمتغير البيئة (ريف- حضر) في الصمود النفسي والتماسك الأسرى. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (351) طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الثالثة والرابعة من الأقسام الأدبية والعلمية بالكلية بمتوسط عمري قدره (27.23) وانحراف معياري قدره (69.1). وقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الصمود النفسي (إعداد الباحثة) ومقياس التماسك الأسري (إعداد الباحثة). وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين أبعاد الصمود النفسي والتماسك الأسري. وقد أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين الطالبات في الصمود النفسي تبعا لمتغير البيئة (ريف- حضر) بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطالبات في التماسك الأسري تبعا لمتغير البيئة (ريف- حضر) لصالح طالبات الريف
This research aims to show the relation between psychological resilience and family cohesion among a sample of students of Girls College as well as put profiles to withstand the psychological resilience between high and low family cohesion, and whether there are differences between the sample individuals according to Environmental Variables (Rural - Urban) concerning psychological resilience and family cohesion. The study sample included (351) university students of the Third and Forth Stages of Literary and Scientific Departments with an average age of (23,27) and a standard deviation of (1.69). The researcher used psychological resilience measure (Prepared by Researcher) and family cohesion measure (prepared by Researcher) in the research which results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between the dimensions of psychological resilience and family cohesion. The results also found differences in the profile withstand psychological resilience high and low family cohesion.. On the other hand, no differences between university students concerning psychological resilience according to Environmental Variables (Rural - Urban) were detected whereas statistically significant differences concerning family cohesion at the students' levels according to Environmental Variables were found in favor of Rural Students
