هدف البحث الى الكشف عن آفاق الإرشاد النفسي للأطفال في عصر الإعلام الرقمي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. في توضيح القضايا والإشكاليات منذ إقرار الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل. وماهية الفجوة الرقمية والفقر الرقمي والاعلام الرقمي ودوره في كافة جوانب إدارة الحياة. والعناصر الرئيسية لتأثير الاعلام الرقمي على الأطفال وهم التفاعلية والوصلية والاحتوائية. ودور الاعلام الرقمي هو تنمية وليس مجرد تسلية. وما مدى أهمية تعلم الأبجدية الرقمية وأهم ارشاداتها. وتوضيح الأثار السلبية للثقافة الرقمية من المنظور العصبي. ومشكلات وتداعيات سوء الاستخدام للإعلام الرقمي. والآثار السلبية لاستخدام الانترنت. ومدى أهمية الإرشاد المدرسي كجبهة رئيسية في حماية وتنمية الأطفال في العصر الرقمي. وأهم الجوانب الرئيسية للتدخل الإرشادي المدرسي. وما هي استراتيجيات وبرامج الإرشاد للأطفال في عصر رقمي. ومعايير برامج الارشاد للأطفال. وتوصلت النتائج الى أن التواصل الاجتماعي الالكتروني هو وسائط وأدوات للاستخدام الإيجابي الموجه لرفاهة الانسان وتحقيق غايات إيجابية. وسوء الاستخدام ناتج عن نقص الكفايات الشخصية وسوء التوجيه وقصور التعليم والتثقيف. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تفعيل وترشيد استخدام الأطفال لوسائط التواصل الاجتماعي الالكتروني وهي بالضرورة مسئولية الأسرة والمدرسة والمجتمع عامة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The aim of the research is to uncover the prospects of psychological counseling for children in the age of digital media. The descriptive approach was used. It sought to clarify issues and problems since the adoption of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child. It showed the digital divide, digital poverty and digital media and its role in all aspects of life management. The main elements of the impact of digital media on children are interactivity, connectivity and ubiquity. The role of digital media is development, not entertainment. How important is the learning of the digital alphabet and its most important guidelines. It meant to clarify the negative effects of digital culture from a neurological perspective, the problems and implications of misuse of digital media and the negative effects of Internet use in addition to the importance of school guidance as a key front in the protection and development of children in the digital age. In addition, the most important aspects of school counseling intervention are illustrated . What are strategies and counseling programs for children in a digital age? The standards of guiding programs for children. The results found that electronic social communication is a means and tools for the positive use of human well-being and the achievement of positive goals. Misuse is the result of lack of personal competence, poor guidance, inadequate education and edification. The study recommended the need to activate and rationalize the use of children of the electronic social communication media, which is necessarily the responsibility of the family, the school and the community in general.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
