المستخلص: This study aims to indicate the important role of microfinance as one of the important sectors in the economy, and its role and impact on the process of economic and social development. And considered one of important way to eradicate poverty and unemployment, and that through showing one of the successful and leader experiences in the field of financing microfinance, and the experience of the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh of its founder Mr. Muhammad Yunus and try to apply that experience to use the money of Zakat in the microfinance, and through analysis of the balance sheet of the Grameen Bank for the period 2002-2010. And attempt to study and interpret basic financial ratios of the Bank, this study is an economic study showing the economic side of this experience without the experience to address the legitimate study of the experience of Grameen Bank
