هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تهدد أمن وسلامة الطـلاب المعاقين سمعيا في سن الدراسة، وبناء برنامج مقترح يستهدف إكساب الطلاب المعاقين سـمعيا المعلومات والخبرات ومهارات الاتصال التي تساعدهم على مواجهة تلك المشكلات التي تهدد سلامتهم وأمنهم واهتمت الدراسة ببناء مقياس متعدد ومتنوع المواقف لتلك المشكلات، وتم تطبيـق المقيـاس علـى(٦٣) (٣٠طالبا و٣٣طالبة) من المعاقين سمعيا، وتحليل نتائجه، وأوضحت النتائج ما يلي: - 1. يفتقد بعض الطلاب المعاقين سمعيا المعلومات التي توفر لهم فرص السلامة والأمن في حدود عينة الدراسة. 2. يفتقد معظم الطلاب المعاقين سمعيا مهارات التواصل اللازمة إذا تعرضوا للمخاطر التي تهدد سلامتهم، ومعرفة كيف وماذا ينقلون للآخرين السامعين. 3. يفتقد معظم الطلاب المعاقين سمعيا طرق الاتصال الفعالة مع الأفراد الـسامعين تحقـق لهم أهداف الاتصال بفاعلية. وقد قدم البرنامج نماذج عملية للتعليم والتدريب تحقق أهداف البرنـامج الحـالي، وتوصي الدراسة بأن تتضمن مناهج المعاقين سمعيا برامج لحماية الطلاب المعاقين سمعيا ضـد المخـاطر، وضرورة تحقيق مستويات أفضل في التدريب على الكلام واللغة وأساليب التواصل، وأن يتعاون كلمن يتعامل مع الطفل لغويا للعمل كفريق لتحسين مهارات التواصل ليكون الطفل الأصم قادرا علـى مواجهة المواقف التي تهدد سلامته في بيئته، كذلك عمل برامج توعوية في التلفزيون وذلك لتعـرف المعاقين سمعيا كيفية التعامل مع المجتمع عند حدوث مشكلة ما، أيضا عقد دورات مـستمرة بلغة الإشارة لتوعية المجتمع المحلي بكيفية التواصل مع المعاقين سمعيا وخاصة الشرطة، وإيجاد مترجم بلغة الإشارة والأبجدية الإصبعية في المحاضرات والمؤتمرات لإيصال المعلومات للمعاقين سمعيا.
The study aimed at recognizing the problems, that threaten the safety and security of the hearing disability students at the age of studies. It proposed a suggestive programme which would help those students to acquire information, experiences and communication skill to face the problems which could threaten their safety and security. The researcher applied tests, that take various problem, the number into (63) students (30 mail and 33 female). And the result of the analysis as follows: 1. Some of those students lack the information which require them the chances of safety and security on the basis of this study. 2. Most of the students lake the needed communication skill if they face any danger and lack the knowledge to send messages to the audible people. 3. Most of the students lack the active communicative skill with normal audible people. This programme provided practical patterns for learning and practice match the goals of the current programme. The recommendations of the study: for the hearing disability methods: - It should contain a programmes to secure them of degree, the necessity of achieving a better levels in utterance practice, language and ways of communication . there should be a cooperation between all those deal with those disable children linguistically to look as one team to make that deaf child capable of facing all danger in his society. It, also, recommend of a awareness programme on T. V to show how they could deal with society if any problem occur. It, also, recommend of continuous start training courses with sign language to help the local society and in particular police to communicate with those disable and find a sign language and finger spelling interoperated in lectures and conferences to pass the information to those hearing disabled.
