|a هدفت إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة غزة للمساءلة. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لهذا النوع من الدراسات، كما اعتمـد علـى الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات. وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (٢١٢) معلم ومعلمة يعملون في مديريـة غرب غزة . وكانت أبرز نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس الثانوية بمحافظة غـزة للمساءلة تجاه معلميهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت كبيرة في بعديها الإداري والفني. كما حصل الجانب الفني على المرتبة الأولى. و لا يوجد فروق في استجابات المعلمين والمعلمات في درجـة ممارسة مديري مدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة للمساءلة تجاههم تعـزى إلـى متغيـر الجـنس والتخصص وسنوات الخدمة.
|b The study aimed at detecting the degree the principals exercise accountability towards the teachers of the secondary schools of the province of Gaza. The researcher used a descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability to this type of studies. He also adopted the questionnaire as a tool for gathering information. The study sample included (212) teachers working in the Directorate of western Gaza. The most significant results of the study were that the degree the principals exercise accountability towards their secondary school teachers at the governorate of Gaza from the teachers’ point of view was high in the administrative and technical dimensions. In addition, the technical side came in the first place. There are no differences in the teachers’ responses regarding the degree of exercising accountability by the principals of the secondary schools at the provinces of Gaza due to the variables of sex, specialty and years of experience.
