The aim of this study is to explore the ICT(s) standardisation problems, more precisely its contribution in the context of distance learning where learner is the actor of his training. Several authors confirm that the distance learning with its various approaches of teaching and training et the point of meeting of three areas: pedagogy, technologies and the services. However each one of these ares has its own standards and quality assurance system, while pedagogy hasn't yet its standards, technologies and the services integrated them for a long time. To wonder about the distance learning standards as a quality production system is undoubtedly a topical question but it is also a complex question which has been able to lead us to other fundamental interrogations, the more so as these standards are, for a few years, in full emergence. Discuss the effectiveness of training, in a distance learning system, requires referring to the teaching and training methods. Le. "How to learn?" This question allows, undoubtedly, returning to the interrogations about training quality factors. In this opposite way, we will try, through this study, to explore the pedagogical standardisation question. Thus this question arises in two directions. On the one hano; how and from what we will standardize? For that, it is necessary to put in place a study which allows training and teaching processes characterization to highlight the place of standards. On the other hand and contrary, what are the pedagogical effects of already existing standards application ? The present study is interested; initially, to the first direction.
