هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور كل من كلية التربية والمـشرف التربـوي، والمعلـم المتعاون ومديري المدرسة في تحسين التدريب الميداني لدى الطلبة المعلمين، بالإضافة للتعـرف إلى أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين، واتبع الباحثين المنهج الوصفي التحليلـي وأعـدا استبانة تضمنت (72) فقرة، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم توزيعها على عينة بلغـت (183) طالباً وطالبة وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:- • أن الفقرة التي تنص: أن تضع الكلية شروطاً مسبقة لتسجيل مساق التربية العملية حصلت على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (51.4). • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور كل من الكلية والمشرف التربوي والمعلـم المتعـاون ومدير المدرسة وكذلك بالنسبة لمعدل الطلبة بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحـصائية لمتغيـر التخصص، وذلك لصالح أقسام العلوم الإنسانية. بينت الدراسة أن أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين قلة توافر الوسائل التعليمية المعينة في مدارس التدريب، والمشكلة الثانية قلة الاهتمام بالطالب المعلم من قبل إدارة المدرسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات أهمها:- • النظر إلى التربية الميدانية على أنها عملية تعاونية يشترك فيها كل من الطالب المعلم، والمعلـم المتعاون ومدير المدرسة والمشرف التربوي وكلية التربية.
The Real Status of practicum and its problems from the verdict of teacher trainees in the Islamic University of Gaza. The target of this research is to get acquainted to the role of the faculty of education, the mentor, the cooperative teacher and the principal of the school in improving the standard of training of the student teacher. To acknowledge the problems that face student teachers. The two researchers used the analytical descriptive method. So they prepared a questionnaire which included (72) items. After reassuring of its credibility and stability it was distributed on the sample of (183) male and female students. After statistical processes the findings of the research were: - The item that imposes conditions for the enrolment of students for practicum gained the first with an average of (4.51). - There are no significant differences for the role of the faculty, the mentor. The assistant teacher and the principal of school with the average of school. But there are significant differences linked with specialization in favor of the faculty of arts. - The research clarified the student teachers need for educational aids at schools of training. The administration of schools do not pay the required attention for these trainees. The recommendations resulted from the findings of the research. All should take in consideration that practicum is a co-operative process that should be shared by the student teacher himself, the assistant teacher, the principal, the mentor and the faculty of education.
