The objective of the research is to reveal the biography of Mohamed Ahmed Al-Ghannam the innovator of the Arabic education. The descriptive approach was used in clarifying his origins and his scientific degrees, his professional functions and the concepts that he dealt with in the study such as the future thinking. In addition to identifying what Al-Ghannam has done in the process of extrapolating several strategies which is to imitate and continue the old, the intonation and the external adequacy of the education, a comprehensive renewal strategy and their ability to meet the requirements for the future development of education in the Arab world. Al-Ghannam also dealt with the issue of the educational management and how to develop it and develop the education through it and focused on the Arabization of the education and the beginnings of the Arab orientation to renew the Arab culture and the role of the exams in the development of the textbooks, as well as the features of the new teacher, the most important that must be done by the faculties of education in the field of the preparation and the training, the field of the studies and training and the technical assistance to the ministries of education and the educational authorities, in addition to the field of the information and the educational information, what is the innovative capacity of the school and the educational justice. Al-Ghannam was one of the first to understand the relationship between the economy and the education. Al-Ghannam explained the concept of the strategic thinking, the educational renewal and the cultural health. The research presented an evaluation of the Egyptian experience in the educational experimentation and the need for an Arab theory of the education. The research found that the production of Al-Ghannam was abundant despite the shortness of his life which makes it impossible to keep all his works in one research. Al-Ghannam's thinking has also been marked by the future of the purposes of all consideration of rooting and establishing.
