The aim of the research is to uncover the modern theories of the social control. The descriptive analytical approach was used in clarifying the concept of the social control, the balance and conflict, the most important social theories in the field of the social control and the similarities and differences between the classical and modern theories in the field of the social control. The classical or traditional theories were either the structural or functional theory or balance and the Marxism and Radical Theory. The modern theories were in the theory of the symbolic interpretation and included within it the interactive symbolism and demonstration, the theory of cultural capital, the theory of resistance and dependency, reproduction and the critical theory known as the Frankfurt school. The research found that the social discipline is a necessity of life. It also takes the form of the revision and refinement. In spite of the validity of the classical theories and their ability to explain the process of the social control from the point of view of its pioneers, but it suffered a crisis that reduced its validity in the sixties because of the factors combined to many contemporary theories that have emerged trying to fill the gaps that were left by the classical theories. The contemporary theories have also been hit by a crisis that has lost the ability to comprehensively address some of the issues and problems created by the globalization of the multiple dimensions.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
هدف البحث الي الكشف عن النظريات الحديثة في الضبط الاجتماعي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. في توضيح مفهوم الضبط الاجتماعي. والتوازن والصراع. وأهم النظريات الاجتماعية في مجال الضبط الاجتماعي. وأوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين النظريات الكلاسيكية والحديثة في مجال الضبط الاجتماعي. وتمثلت النظريات الكلاسيكية أو التقليدية في النظرية البنائية الوظيفية أو التوازن. والنظرية الراديكالية الماركسية. وتمثلت النظريات الحديثة في نظرية التأويلية الرمزية وتضمنت بداخلها التفاعلية الرمزية والظاهراتية. ونظرية رأس المال الثقافي. ونظرية المقاومة. والتبعية. وإعادة الإنتاج. والنظرية النقدية المعروفة بمدرسة الفرانكفورت. وتوصل البحث الي أن الضبط الاجتماعي ضرورة من ضرورات الحياة. كما أن الأمر يأخذ شكل التنقيح والتهذيب. كما أنه على الرغم من صلاحية النظريات الكلاسيكية وقدرتها على تفسير عملية الضبط الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر روادها الا أنها أصيبت بأزمة قللت من صلاحيتها في الستينيات بسبب عوامل مجتمعة عديدة لهذا ظهرت نظريات معاصرة تحاول سد الفراغات التي تركتها النظريات الكلاسيكية. كما أن النظريات المعاصرة هي الأخرى أصيبت بأزمة أفقدتها القدرة على التناول الشامل الكلي لبعض القضايا والمشكلات المستجدة بفعل العولمة ذات الأبعاد المتعددة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
