هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تقدير أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية في الجامعات الفلسطينية للمعايير المهنية لمعلم مدرسة المستقبل في ضوء مبادئ الاعتماد الاكاديمي، والكشف عما إذا كان فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05 ) بين متوسطات درجات التقدير تعزى إلى المتغيرات: (الجامعة، الرتبة الأكاديمية، سنوات الخدمة ) وكيفية الاستفادة من النماذج العالمية التي تعتمد الاعتماد الاكاديمي لكليات التربية في تطبيق المعايير المهنية. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي واضعاً مجموعة من المعايير مجتمعة في ستة مجالات، ومطبقا الأداة علي عينة (107) عضو هيئة تدريس في كليات التربية في الجامعات (الإسلامية -الأزهر -الأقصى)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج: الدرجة الكلية لتقدير أفراد العينة للمعايير المهنية في ضوء مبادئ الاعتماد الأكاديمي كانت (% 74.88) وهي عالية نسبياً، وكان ترتيب المجالات: (معايير تكنولوجية -معايير التعلم وإدارة الصف -معايير التخطيط-معايير مهنية وأخلاقية -معايير امتلاك المادة العلمية -معايير التقويم) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α=(0.05 بين متوسطات درجات التقدير تعزى إلى المتغيرات: ( الجامعة، الرتبة الأكاديمية، سنوات الخدمة) وقد استعان الباحث ببعض التجارب التي اعتمدت المعايير المهنية مثل التجربة الإماراتية والبريطانية في وضع خطوات عملية لتطبيقها في جامعات محافظة غزة، وأوصت الدراسة بـــــ: إنشاء هيئة اعتماد أكاديمي عربية خاصة في كليات التربية تابعة لاتحاد الجامعات العربية تتولى منح شهادة الاعتماد وفق المعايير. إعادة النظر باللائحة الداخلية لكليات التربية، وتطويرها بما يتلاءم مع المعايير المهنية العالمية للاعتماد الأكاديمي وضمان الجودة.
The study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation to faculty education colleges in Palestinian universities with professional standards for future school teacher in the light of the principles of academic accreditation, and detected whether statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the degrees of appreciation which mean to attributable to the variables: (University , academic title, years of service) and how to take advantage of global models that rely academic accreditation for colleges of education in the application of professional standards. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, putting together a set of standards in six areas, and applied the tool on the sample (107) faculty member in the faculties of education in universities (Islamic - Al-Azhar – Al Aqsa), the study found: - Total degree to estimate the sample with professional standards in the light of the principles of academic accreditation was (74.88%), which is relatively high, and the order of fields: (technological standards - standards of learning and classroom management - planning standards - professional and moral standards - standards owning scientific article - evaluation standards) - No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of appreciation attributable to the variables: (University, academic title, years of service) Researcher has used some of the experiments that have adopted professional standards such as the UAE and the British experience in the development of practical steps to be implemented at the universities of the province of Gaza, and the study recommended by: - The creation of an Arab academic adoption of a private education colleges belonging to the Association of Arab Universities shall grant certification according to the criteria. - Revision of the Rules of Procedure of the colleges of education, and developed in accordance with professional standards of the global academic accreditation and quality assurance.
