هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية لقيم المواطنة في محافظات غزة، من وجهة نظرهم، وسبل تحسينها، ولتحقيق ذلك؛ استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث طور استبانة مكونة من (46) فقرة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة، والبالغة (157) طالباً في الجامعة الإسلامية، وجامعة الأقصى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- بلغ متوسط درجة الاستجابة الكلى لجميع مجالات الاستبانة لدى عينة الدراسة (3.84) في حين بلغ الوزن النسبي لجميع مجالات الاستبانة (76.73). 2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حسب؛ متغير الجنس، والتخصص، والمستوى الدراسي، والجامعة وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث بما يلي: ضرورة تفعيل التعاون بين الجامعات لتعزير قيم المواطنة عبر البرامج الدراسية والأنشطة الموازية، وترسيخ قيم المواطنة بالتدريج في المستويات الدراسية في التعليم العام والتعليم الجامعي لتمثل عملية تراكمية، والتأكيد على أهمية توجيه قيم المواطنة بشكل وظيفي لكلا الجنسين بما يتوافق مع قيم وثقافة المجتمع.
This study aimed to identify the degree of Palestinian university students practices of the values of citizenship in the provinces of Gaza from their point of view and ways to improve them. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method where the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (46), paragraph that examined with reliability and validity, and questionnaire have been applied on (157) of the study sample of the students at the Islamic University and Al-Aqsa University and the study found the following results 1. The average degree of overall response to all of the questionnaire domains to study sample was (3.84) while the relative weight of all domains of the questionnaire was (76.73). 2. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the average estimates of the sample study due to the variable of sex, specialization, Study level and University On the light of the finding the researcher recommended the following: The need to promote cooperation between universities to promote the values of citizenship through academic programs and parallel activities, and consolidate the values of citizenship gradually in the levels of study in general education and university education to represent a cumulative process, and to emphasize the importance of directing the values of citizenship to be functional for both sexes in accordance with the values and culture of the community.
