Scientific research refers to systematic investigation aimed at producing knowledge and influencing the public life of society in all its social, economic, cultural, and political aspects. These are areas and subject of social sciences in which the phenomenon is still changing. It has dynamic variables that make it challenging to find consistent rules. However, scientific research has developed quantitatively and qualitatively at the theoretical and applied level. This study was initiated to raise the importance of theoretical research in the discovery and development of scientific knowledge, and the importance of applied research in finding appropriate solutions. Then what is the reality of this research at the University of Algeria and university research institutions? This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 la recherche scientifique se réfère a l'enquête systématique qui vise à produire la connaissance et influencer la vie publique de la société dans tous les aspects, sociales, économiques, culturels, et politiques , ces aspects sont les secteurs du thème du science sociale ou le phénomène est encore changé et présente des variables mobiles qui rend difficile de trouver des lois stables; c’est pour cette raison la recherche scientifique a connue un développement quantitatif et qualitatif au niveau théorique et pratique, et à partir de celui-là cette étude est commencée pour soulever l’importance de recherche théorique dans la découverte et le développement des connaissances scientifiques ainsi de montrer l'importance de la recherche appliquée dans la découverte des solutions appropriées, en fin la question qui se pose quelle est la réalité de cette recherche à l'Université d'Alger et les institutions de recherche universitaire? البحث العلمي يشير إلى التقصي المنظم الهادف إلى إنتاج المعرفة ، والتأثير في الحياة العامة للمجتمع من كل جوانبها الاجتماعية ، الاقتصادية ، الثقافية والسياسية ، وهي مجالات وموضوع للعلوم الاجتماعية التي مازالت الظاهرة فيها متغيرة وبها متغيرات متحركة يصعب معها إيجاد القوانين التي تتصف بالثبات ، و مع ذلك فإن البحث العلمي عرف تطورا كميا ونوعيا على المستوى النظري والتطبيقي . ومنه انطلقت هذه الدراسة محاولة إثارة أهمية البحوث النظرية في اكتشاف المعرفة العلمية وتطويرها ، وأهمية البحوث التطبيقية في إيجاد الحلول المناسبة ثم ما واقع هذه البحوث في الجامعة الجزائر ومؤسسات البحث الجامعي ؟ |
