|e \n\nهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مستوى ممارسة المعلمين لدورهم التوجيهي الإرشادي من وجهة نظر طلبتهم. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وشبه التجريبي. وتكونت عينة البحث من 211 طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الحادي عشر من الفرعين العلمي والأدبي الملتحقين في مدارس مدينة معان التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة معان. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في إعداد مقياس لمستوي ممارسة المعلمين لدورهم التوجيهي والإرشادي من وجهة نظر الطلبة واشتمل على ثلاثة أبعاد هي البعد النمائي والبعد الوقائي والبعد العلاجي. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوي ممارسة المعلمين لدورهم التوجيهي الإرشادي قد جاء قريبا من المتوسط وربما تعكس هذه النتيجة انخراط المعلم بدوره التقليدي في نقل المعرفة والاهتمام بالتحصيل الدراسي دون الالتفاف إلى أهمية دوره في تنمية وتطوير مظاهر شخصية الطالب الأخرى. ولا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في مستوي ممارسة المعلمين لدورهم التوجيهي الإرشادي تعزي لمتغير الجنس. كما لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في مستوي ممارسة المعلمين لدورهم التوجيهي الإرشادي في البعد النمائي تبعا للفرع الأكاديمي الذي ينتمي له الطلبة. وأوصي البحث بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول الدور التوجيهي الإرشادي للمعلم بالارتباط مع متغيرات أخرى. وتأهيل المعلمين وتدريبهم أثناء الخدمة للقيام بدورهم التوجيهي الإرشادي من خلال الدورات التدريبية القصيرة والطويلة المدى. وتفعيل العلاقة بين المرشدين التربويين والمعلمين للعمل معاً وذلك لمساعدة الطلبة على تفهم مشكلاتهم ومواجهتها ورفع مستوى تكيفهم داخل المدرسة وخارجها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The aim of the research is to reveal the level of teachers' practice of their instructional guidance role from the point of view of their students. The research used the descriptive analytical approach and semi-empirical approach. The research sample consisted of 211 male and female students from the 11th grade of the scientific and literary branches, enrolled in the schools of Ma'an city of the Directorate of Education in Ma'an. The research tool was in the preparation of a measure of the level of teachers' practice of their instructional and guidance role from the perspective of the students, it included three dimensions: developmental dimension, preventive dimension and therapeutic dimension. The results indicated that the level of teachers' practice of their instructional guidance role came close to the average. This result may reflect the teacher's involvement in the traditional role of transferring knowledge and attention to the academic achievement without circumventing the importance of his role in developing the other personality of the student. There is no statistically significant difference in the level of teachers' exercise of their instructional guidance role in relation to the gender variable. There is also no statistically significant difference in the level of teachers' practicing their guiding role in the developmental dimension, according to the academic branch to which the students belong. The study recommended that further studies should be conducted on the instructional guiding role of the teacher in connection with the other variables, as well as training and in-service training for teachers to carry out their guiding role through short and long-term training courses. Moreover, the need to activate the relationship between the educational counselors and the teachers to work together in order to help students to understand and cope with their problems and raise their level of adaptation inside and outside the school.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
