المستخلص: The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of the safety of the mental and social health of the individual on the safety of the society, the strength of its structure and the extent of its progress, prosperity, and cohesion. So, the conscious society is the one that sets in mind before the interests of material achievements and projects, the interests of individuals as a basis for prosperity and social progress. To achieve social progress, it is necessary to pay attention to the upbringing of the individual because upbringing is one of the most complicated and the most important process in the life of an individual. It is the first pillar on which the foundations of a personality are based. Growing up is a continuous process which is not limited to a specific age, but extends from childhood to adolescence, to adulthood leading up to the old age. Therefore, it is a sensitive process that can never be ignored at any stage because each stage has a special formation that differs in substance and essence from the previous one, no small or large social system and any formal or informal institution can be left without this process, although they differ from one to the other in their style but and not in their goal. One of the most prominent institutions of social upbringing is the family, which is the first social environment in which the individual is born and where his social personality is built as the vital field for the social upbringing and the fundamental basis in satisfying the individual's material and spiritual needs. Historical studies and books point to the importance of the family in social upbringing since ancient times, even in the past, the family was the central and fundamental institution in society. It carries out various functions and tasks such as educational, economic, social, and military tasks.
Our research here is to study the social upbringing and its social institutions of our time. The role of the family remains very important, which makes no doubt about the importance of the family because it is the first environment of the child. From this point of view, a question comes to mind: does social upbringing with its effective institutions affect the process of education?

Cette étude vise à monter l’influence de l’état psychique et sociologique de l’individu sur la solidarité ,la progression et l’évolution de la société et pour cela ,la société consciente doit prendre en considération ,avant de s’intéresser aux projets industriels ,l’individu comme une base pour son progrès social .Pour réaliser ce dernier, il faut s’intéresser à la socialisation de l’individu car elle est considéré comme une opération délicate et dangereuse dans notre vie puisqu’elle représente le pilier sur lequel se basent les fondements de la personnalité .Cette opération doit être continue qui s’intéresse à tous les stades de la vie ,de l’enfance à la vieillesse, et nous ne devons pas la négliger dans une étape car elle se diffère d’un stade à un autre. Tous les établissements se basent sur cette opération qu’ils soient officiels ou non mais la différence entre eux réside dans les méthodes de réalisation et non pas dans les objectifs. Parmi ces établissements, nous citons « la famille » qui peut être considérée comme le premier environnement social pour l’individu ou se construise sa personnalité sociale parce qu’elle est la base pour sa socialisation et pour la subvention à ses besoins matériels et psychologiques. Toutes les études et les ouvrages historiques indiquent l’importance de la famille dans la socialisation depuis les ères anciennes ou elle se préoccupait de toutes les activités éducatives, économiques et même militaires
Notre étude se base sur cette éducation et sur d’autres établissements sociaux de notre époque, mais le rôle de la famille reste toujours primordial parce qu’elle est le premier environnement de l’enfant et cela nous pousse à poser la problématique suivante : est-ce que cette socialisation avec tous ses établissement peut influencer l’éducation de l’individu ?





تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى تأثير سلامة الصحة النفسية والاجتماعية للفرد على سلامة المجتمع وقوة بنيانه ومدى تقدمه وازدهاره وتماسكه ولهذا فإن المجتمع الواعي هو الذي يضع نصب عينه قبل اهتماماته بالإنجازات والمشاريع المادية، الفرد كأساس لازدهاره وتقدمه الاجتماعي، ولتحقيق التقدم الاجتماعي لابد من الاهتمام بالتنشئة الاجتماعية للفرد، فالتنشئة إذًا من أدق العمليات وأخطرها شأنا في حياة الفرد لأنها الدعامة الأولى التي ترتكز عليها مقومات الشخصية، والتنشئة كعملية مستمرة لا تقتصر فقط على مرحلة عمرية محددة وإنما تمتد من الطفولة، فالمراهقة، فالرشد وصولا إلى الشيخوخة ولهذا فهي عملية حساسة لا يمكن تجاوزها في أي مرحلة لأن لكل مرحلة تنشئة خاصة تختلف في مضمونها وجوهرها عن سابقتها، ولا يكاد يخلوا أي نظام اجتماعي صغيرا كان أم كبيرا وأي مؤسسة رسمية أو غير رسمية من هذه العملية ولكنها تختلف من واحدة إلى أخرى بأسلوبها لا بهدفها ومن أبرز مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية نجد الأسرة، التي تعتبر البيئة الاجتماعية الأولى التي ينشأ فيها الفرد وتبنى فيها الشخصية الاجتماعية باعتبارها المجال الحيوي الأمثل للتنشئة الاجتماعية والقاعدة الأساسية في إشباع مختلف حاجات الفرد المادية منها والمعنوية ، وتشير الدراسات والكتب التاريخية على أهمية الأسرة في التنشئة الاجتماعية منذ العصور التاريخية القديمة، حتى كانت الأسرة في الماضي هي المؤسسة الرئيسية والأساسية في المجتمع، وتقوم بوظائف ومهام متنوعة ومتعددة كالمهام التربوية والتعليمية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وكذلك العسكرية، دراستنا منصبة هنا لدراسة التنشئة الاجتماعية ومؤسساتها الاجتماعية في عصرنا الحاضر، ولكن يبقى دور الأسرة في غاية الأهمية، مما لا يدعو للشك في أهمية الأسرة لأنها هي البيئة الأولى للطفل من هذا المنطلق يتبادر إلى الأذهان سؤال مؤداه هل التنشئة الاجتماعية بمؤسساتها الفاعلة تؤثر على عملية التربية؟.
