المستخلص: عندما بدأت الجزائر بصياغة توجهاتها الإنمائية أرادت أن تجعل منطلقاتها للتنمية و التخطيط في إطار شمولي يستهدف تطوير الحياة الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية.
يعتبر التعليم القطاع الحيوي الذي يرتكز عليه أي بلد الشئ الذي جعله من المؤشرا ت التي تقاس به تطور المجتمعات ، لهذا نجد أن كل الدول تحاول و بقدر الإمكان الرفع من مستوى التعليم للأفراد و هو فعلا ما تمكنت من تحقيقه الدول المتقدمة و هذا بفضل تكاتف الجهود بين القطاع الحكومي و المجتمع المدني .
أما فيما يخص الجزائر فقد حاولت بعد الإستقلال تنمية هذا القطاع الحيوي عن طريق البحث عن إستراتيجيات جديدة. لقد قطع قطاع التعليم في الجزائر خطوة إيجابية و هذا ما تعكسه النتائج المرضية في مختلف الأطوار التعليمية، هذه النتائج ما كانت لتتحقق دون الإصلاحات التي أنجزت و التي خصصت لها الدولة الموارد المالية اللازمة من اجل إنشاء و تسيير هياكل التعليم بما يتناسب مع إرتفاع عدد الطلبة و في نفس الوقت توظيف مؤطرين مؤهلين بما يضمن حسن التكوين للطلبة .

Quand l'Algérie a commencé à formuler ses orientations de développement, elle voulait faire un démarrage de développement et de la planification dans un cadre global visant à améliorer la vie économique et sociale.
L'éducation est le secteur vital de chaque pays ce qui fait de lui l'un des indicateurs qui mesurent l'évolution des sociétés, nous constatons que les états fassent le maximum pour élever le niveau de d’instruction pour les individus et c’est effectivement ce que les pays développés ont réussi à réaliser , et ce la grâce à des efforts concertés entre le secteur public et la société civile.
En ce qui concerne L’Algérie, Après l'indépendance elle a essayé de développer ce secteur vital avec la recherche de nouvelles stratégies. le Secteur d'éducation en Algérie a franchi une étape positive et cela est reflète par les résultats satisfaisants dans les différents cycles d’enseignement. Ces résultats n’aurait pas été réalisés sans la série de réformes qui ont en lieu aux quelles état a alloué des ressources financières considérables, ce qui a permis la création et la gestion des établissements scolaires pour répandre aux nombre croissant d’étudiants et en même temps opérer un recrutement d’un personnel d’encadrement qualifié nécessaire à la formation des étudiants

When Algeria began to formulate its development orientations, it wanted to make its starting points for development and planning be within a holistic framework aimed at developing economic and social life.
Education is considered to be the vital sector upon which any country is based, a matter which has made it one of the indicators through which the development of societies is measured. As such, we find that all countries are trying, as much as possible, to raise the level of education of individuals. This is what developed countries have been able to achieve due to the combined efforts between the government sector and civil society. As for Algeria, then following independence, it attempted to develop this vital sector by seeking new strategies. The education sector in Algeria has taken a positive step which is reflected in the satisfactory results in relation to various educational levels. These results would not have been achieved without the reforms that have been undertaken, which the State allocated the necessary financial resources for in order to establish and run educational structures commensurate with the increase in the number of students and at the same time recruit qualified personnel to ensure proper training for the benefit of the students.
