يهدف البحث إلى بناء بطاقة تقويم الأداء المهني للطالب المعلم بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة دمياط في ضوء معاير الجودة القياسية وذلك من خلال تحديد أهم المتطلبات الأساسية للأداء المهني للطالب المعلم بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة دمياط والتي تحقق معايير الجودة القياسية، وتحديد أهم الممارسات المهنية التي يتم من خلالها تقويم الأداء المهني للطالب المعلم والتي تحقق تلك المتطلبات الأساسية للأداء المهني للطالب المعلم بما تكفل له الحيدة التامة والموضوعية العلمية، ووضع دليل مقترح يتضمن أهم المتطلبات والممارسات المهنية التي يتم في ضوئها تقديم الأداء المهني الطالب المعلم لإثراء معارف كل من الموجه والطالب المعلم لتوفير الشفافية والنزاهة في عملية التقويم، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واشتملت عينة البحث على (60) فرد بواقع (20) عشرون أستاذ مناهج وطرق تدريس التربية الرياضية و(40) أربعون موجه تربية رياضية، وكانت أدارة جمع البيانات البطاقة التقويمية وكانت أهم النتائج توصل الباحث إلى أهم المتطلبات الأساسية المتمثلة في المتطلبات المهنية بأنواعها المختلفة بالنسبة للطالب المعلم في كلية التربية الرياضية، ويتضح أن أهم المتطلبات المهنية هو المتطلبات المهنية التدريسية ثم المتطلبات المهنية التنظيمية والإدارية ثم المتطلبات المهنية الشخصية والأخلاقية وأخيرًا المتطلبات المهنية الفنية.
The research aims to build a card evaluating the professional performance of the student teacher at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Damietta in light of the standards of quality standard and through the identification of the most basic requirements of the professional performance of the student teacher at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Damietta and that the criteria for standard quality, and identify the most important professional practices by which evaluate the professional performance of the student teacher and investigating those basic requirements of the professional performance of the student teacher, including guarantees of impartiality full and scientific objectivity, and the manual mode proposal includes the most important requirements and professional practices that are in the light of the performance evaluation of vocational student teacher to enrich the knowledge of both the router and the student teacher to provide transparency and integrity in the evaluation process, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and included a sample search on (60) individual by (20) twenty professor of curriculum and methods of teaching physical education and (40) Forty prompt Physical Education, and the data collection tool card calendar and the most important results researcher reached the most important requirements the core of professional requirements for different types of student teacher in the Faculty of Physical Education, and it is clear that the most important requirements is the professional requirements of professional teaching and professional requirements, and regulatory and administrative requirements of professional and personal ethics and finally professional requirements of art.
