المستخلص: The current research aimed to set down a list of standards to control the quality of electronic courses published upon the e-portal of Najran university, in the case where a list of standards were proposed and presented to a sample of faculty members in the university, of those possessing expertise in the preparation of electronic courses, in order to ensure the importance level of the proposed standards.
The faculty members unanimously agreed upon the significance of all of the proposed standards which numbered 7 main standards comprising 35 branch standards or performance indicators. The researchers then revised and examined a number of courses (6) from those published upon the university of Najran’s e-portal, during the second semester of the academic year 1433-1434 AH, in order to ascertain the extent of the availability or presence of the proposed criteria within those courses.
The results of the analysis showed the absence of most of the standards in all of the courses which were examined, thus confirming the importance of designing e-courses taking into account the many standards which ensure the quality of those courses.
The study concluded a number of recommendations, the most significant of which was: The necessity of the faculty members of the Najran university being committed to the design of e-courses in light of the proposed quality controls and standards, so that the courses can realize the objectives that they were designed to fulfil.

استهدف البحث الحالي وضع قائمة معايير لضبط جودة المقررات الإلكترونية التي يتم نشرها على البوابة الإلكترونية لجامعة نجران حيث تم اقتراح قائمة بالمعايير وعرضها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة من ذوي الخبرة في إعداد المقررات الإلكترونية للتأكد من مدى أهمية المعايير المقترحة وقد أجمع أعضاء هيئة التدريس على أهمية جميع المعايير المقترحة والتي بلغ عددها (7) معايير أساسية اشتملت على (35) معيارا فرعيا أو مؤشر أداء، ثم قام الباحثون بمراجعة وفحص عدد من المقررات (60 مقررا) من المقررات التي تم نشرها على بوابة جامعة نجران الإلكترونية خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعا 1433/1434ه للتعرف على مدى توافر المعايير المقترحة في تلك المقررات وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل عدم توافر أغلب المعايير في جميع المقررات التي تم فحصها. مما يؤكد على أهمية تصميم المقررات الإلكترونية في ضوء عدد من المعايير نضمن جودة تلك المقررات.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات كان من أهمها: ضرورة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران بتصميم مقرراتهم الإلكترونية في ضوء ضوابط ومعايير الجودة المقترحة حتى تحقق تلك المقررات الأهداف التي صممت من أجلها.
