تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن بعض المخاطر المحتملة التي تهدد أمن التعاملات الإلكترونية في المديرية العامة للجوازات في الطائف، وتأثيرها على مستوى كفاءة نظام المعلومات، بهدف توفير الاستجابة المناسبة لتلك المخاطر. وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من مستخدمي النظام بلغ حجمها (75) موظفاً. ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة استخدمت الملاحظة المباشرة لتقييم كفاءة أداء النظام في تنفيذ التعاملات الإلكترونية، والاستبانة لجمع البيانات من مستخدمي النظام، لقياس مدى وجود المخاطر المحتملة، وتأثيرها على كفاءة نظام المعلومات، واستخدمت الإحصاءات الوصفية، واختبار (T) للعينة الواحدة، في تحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: 1. أن مستوى تكرار المخاطر المحتملة منخفض. 2. أن مستوى كفاءة أداء النظام في تنفيذ التعاملات الإلكترونية لمعالجة طلبات المستخدمين وتقديم الخدمة للمستفيد مقبول. 3. أن أكثر المخاطر تكراراً هي المخاطر الطبيعية الآتية: انقطاع التيار الكهربائي عن النظام، والأعطال الفنية. 4. أن المخاطر الأمنية التي تهدد النظام لم تتسبب في إعاقة كفاءة أداء نظام المعلومات. 5. أن المستوى الأمني للنظام في حماية التعاملات الإلكترونية مقبول. وقد قدمت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات، من أهمها: تحسين وسائل الحماية المستخدمة وخصوصا وسائل إدامة التيار الكهربائي، وتحديث المعدات والبرمجيات المرتبطة بالنظام.
The study aims to reveal some potential risks that threaten e-transactions in the General Directorate of Pasports and their effects on the efficiency level of the information system in an effort to provide the proper response for these risks. The study has been applied on a random sample of the system users amounted to 15 employees. To realize the study objectives, direct observation has been carried out to assess the effectiveness of the system tool in implementing c -transactions. In addition, a questionnaire has been used to gather data from system users to measure the possibility of potential risks exestence and to find out how they may affect the efficiency of information system. Upon data analysis and study hypothesis test, the descriptive statistics and T- Test have been applied. The study has reached a number of important findings as follows: 1. The level of potential risks is low. 2. The efficiency level of the system performance to implement e-transactions with respect to dealing with users requests and offering service to customers is satifactory. 3. Natural risks have been more frequent, for instance electricity cut- off in the system and technical glitches. 4. Security risks that threaten the system haven't caused to impede the information system performance. 5. The security level of the system in regard to protecting c- transactions is also satisfactory. Hence, the study has recommended researchers to work on improving safety means, in particular those of power preservation, as well as upgrading system- related programmes and equipment.
