هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة إسهام الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية لبرامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى، واختبار الفرضيات الإحصائية ودلالات الفروق بين إجابات عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغيرات (المرحلة- الجنس- التخصص)، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بهدف الكشف عن دور الإدارة الإلكترونية لبرامج الدراسات العليا في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء وتطوير استبانة تكونت من (30) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي (القبول- الدراسة المنهجية- الرسالة). وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من طلاب وطالبات الدراسات العليا، وقد بلغت (196) طالبا وطالبة من مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية وذلك نظرا لتعدد التخصصات والمرحلة والجنس وتم تحليل البيانات من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لوصف درجات الإسهام، واختبار (T-test) وتحليل التباين الأحادي لاختبار الفرضيات. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج، أهمها: اتضح أن درجة إسهام الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية المتعلقة بالقبول بالدراسات العليا بكلية التربية متوسطة حيث بلغ متوسط المجال (3.03).- اتضح أن درجة إسهام الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية المتعلقة بالدراسة المنهجية بالدراسات العليا بكلية التربية متوسطة حيث بلغ متوسط المجال (2.9)- اتضح أن درجة إسهام الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية المتعلقة بالرسالة بالدراسات العليا بكلية التربية متوسطة حيث بلغ متوسط المجال (2.7)- أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة حول دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية لبرامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى تبعاً لمتغير (المرحلة) عند مستوى الدلالة ( = 0.05)" وهذا يعني رفض الفرضية المتعلقة بمتغير المرحلة- أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة حول دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية لبرامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية تبعا لمتغير (الجنس) عند مستوى الدلالة ( = 0.05)". وهذا يعني رفض الفرضية المتعلقة بمتغير الجنس- أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة حول دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات الأكاديمية لبرامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية تبعاً لمتغير (التخصص) عند مستوى الدلالة ( = 0.05)". مما يعني قبول فرضية متغير التخصص- وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل دور المنظومة الإلكترونية في الخدمات الإلكترونية المتعلقة بالرسالة نظراً لأهميتها ودورها في إنجاز البحث، وعقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام المنظومة الإلكترونية في تقديم الخدمات العلمية للطلاب والطالبات، وتصميم دليل تعريفي لطلاب وطالبات الدراسات العليا بكيفية التعامل مع المنظومة الإلكترونية منذ القبول وحتى انتهاء مراحل الدراسة، ودعم شطر الطالبات بالمساعدة الفنية الكافية للتعامل مع منظومة الدراسات العليا.
The study aimed to determine the degree of contribution of electronic administration in improving academic services for graduate programs at the Faculty of Education at of Umm Al- Qura University in improving academic services and test hypotheses and statistical in dications of differences between the responses of the study sample due to the variables (Phase -sex- specialization), The study followed the descriptive analytical method to detect the role of administration Electronic graduate programs in improving academic services, and to achieve the objectives of the study was to build and develop the questionnaire consisted of (30) Is spread over three areas (admission - the systematic study - message). The study was conducted on a sample of students and graduate students, has reached (196) students from the master's and doctoral degrees were selected random sample stratified due to the multiplicity of disciplines and stage and sex data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software using arithmetic averages and standard deviations to describe the degree of contribution, The test (T. TEST) and analysis of variance to test the hypotheses. The study founda number of results, including: 1. Turns out that the degree of contribution of electronic administration in improving academic services relating to acceptance of graduate studies at the Faculty of Education medium with an averagearea (3.03). 2. Results showed a lack of statistically significant differences between the mean Answers sample study on the role of e-government in improving academic services for graduate programs at the Faculty of Education depending on the variable (specialization) at the level of " = 0.05 ", Which means accepting the premise variable specialization. The study recommended the need to activate the role of the electronic system in the electronic services related to the letter because of its importance and its role in the completion of the search, and training sessions for faculty members to use the electronic system to provide scientific services for students, and design of an introductory guide for students and graduate students how to deal with the electronic system since the acceptance and until the end stages of the study, and support the female section of adequate technical assistance to deal with the system of Graduate Studies. \
