هدفت هذا البحث إلى تصميم موقع إلكتروني قائم على تقنيات الويب التفاعلية لتنمية مهارات المشاركة الإلكترونية لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية وقياس أثر هذا الموقع على الجانب المعرفي والجانب الأدائي لمهارات المشاركة الإلكترونية لطلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية ولتحقيق ذلك قام الباحث باختيار عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من 60 طالب وطالبة مقسمة إلى مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية تدرس بالموقع ومجموعة ضابطة تدرس بالنظام العادي وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث وهي الاختبار التحصيلي وذلك لقياس الجانب المعرفي المرتبط بمهارات المشاركة الإلكترونية، وبطاقة الملاحظة لقياس الجانب الأدائي لتلك المهارات قياس قبلي. وتم إتاحة المعالجة للطلاب ثم القياس البعدي وتوصل الباحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية والضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بعد التعلم من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني المصمم وذلك يرجع إلى احتوائه على أكثر من أداة تفاعلية، متاح أمام الطلاب طوال الوقت، التشارك موجود بشكل متعدد مثل تشارك الطالب مع الطالب وتشارك الطالب مع الطلاب وتشارك الطالب مع البرنامج وتشارك الطالب مع الباحث إلكترونيًّا وهذه نتائج جديدة لطلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية والدراسة تعتبر دليل علمي في مجال التعلم التشاركي للكليات الأخرى.
This research aimed at designing anelectronic educational website based on interactive web technologies to develop e-participation skills among graduate students at the Faculty of Educationand its impact tomeasure cognitive and performance ofe-participation skills among graduate students at the Faculty of Education . To achieve this objective the researcherdivided the study sample which consisted of (60) students randomlyand equally into two groups: The first group : experimental groupwhich was consisted of (30)students studied by interaction in the website ,the secondgroupwhich wasa control groupconsisted of (30)students studied by the traditional way. The researcher used a range of tools such as the achievement test to measure the cognitive achievement of e-participation skills, observation sheet to measure the performance of these skills and alsoanother sheet to assess performance of the students. The study sample represents the experimental and controlled group who were pretested before the implementation of the program. The program was taught, then a post test was applied to see how much students get improved. The results were statistically analyzed. The study findings revealed that there were significant differences between the average of the pre and post test of the experimental and controlled group in favor for the post test and the experimental group in cognitive achievement and performance E-participation skills through the website attributable to the teaching mode which included using the website which contained a lot of interaction tools, available to students all the time, provided students with all interaction types, teacher to students , students to teacher, students to students , students to the site , students to the program . Finally these are good results for the students and the study is a Scientific guide in the field of E-participation skills
