|a المسجد مؤسسة تربوية إسلامية، تُحقق رسالة تربوية كبيرة, بشرط وجود إمام مؤهل, متفاعل يَحمل رسالةً وهدفاً وغاية. وهدف هذا البحث بيان العلاقة الايجابية المتفاعلة بين المأموم والإمام، من أجل الإسهام بزيادة الدور التربوي للمسجد, وتحقيق رسالته، التي محورها الأساس متوجه لبناء الإنسان المسلم المتميز بتدينه، ووسطيته، واعتداله. فثمة علاقة كبيرة بين الإمام والمأموم، وضحت السنة جوانبها، في أبواب متفرقة من كتب السنة، كأبواب الإمامة والصلاة، وصلاة الجمعة والجماعة فيها. وهذه البحث يؤصل العلاقة من جانبها الشرعي والتربوي؛ لأن هذه العلاقة ليست قائمة على المصالح المادية الدنيوية؛ إنما هي علاقة التلمذة والتلقي، والاتباع والتربية والبناء، بحيث يكون المأموم تلميذاً لإمام المسجد القائم بعمله حق القيام. وقد انتظم هذا البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة: اشتملت المقدمة: على مبررات اختيار الموضوع، وأهداف الدراسة، ومشكلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة، ومحددات الدراسة، ومنهج البحث، وتضمن المبحث الأول: الجانب العقدي لعلاقة المأموم بالإمام، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: الأول: في اعتقاد بشرية الإمام، والحذر من تقديس الأشخاص, والمطلب الثاني: في محبته والدعاء له، والمطلب الثالث: في البعد عن الغلو فيه وإنزاله منزلته من العلم والتقوى. والمبحث الثاني: في الجانب العلمي لعلاقة المأموم بالإمام, وفيه ستة مطالب, الأول: في طلب العلم والتتلمذ على يد الإمام. والمطلب الثاني: في حسن الاستماع لخطب الإمام ودروسه ومواعظه، والمطلب الثالث: في إظهار الرغبة في الاستفادة من الإمام، والمطلب الرابع: في متابعة الإمام في الصلاة وحسن الاقتداء به وعدم الاختلاف عليه، والمطلب الخامس: في جواز الصلاة خلف كل إمام ولو كان صاحب بدعة أو ينتقص من الصلاة، والمطلب السادس: في مراعاة أدب السؤال. والمبحث الثالث: في الجانب السلوكي لعلاقة المأموم بالإمام، والمطلب الأول منه: في إجلال الإمام واحترامه وتوقيره ومعرفة قدره، والمطلب الثاني: في ستر عيبه وحفظ سره وتعظيم حرمته، والدفاع عنه في غيبته. وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1- إن السنة النبوية حددت الإطار العام للعلاقة بين المأموم والإمام. 2- إبراز العلاقة التربوية من جوانب متعددة, علمية وعقدية وسلوكية. 3- تحديد إطار معرفي شرعي تربوي للمأموم يتعامل به مع الإمام.
