يتعلـق البحث بـبعض أحكام ركعتي الطـواف، فاشتمل علـى: مقدمة وعناصر البحث، وتكون من ستة مباحث وخاتمة. الأول: حكم صـلاة ركعتـي الطـواف. والمبحـث الثـاني: فـي الأحكـام التـي تتعلـق بـالقراءة فيهمـا. المبحـث الثالـث: مـا يتعلـق بعـدد الركعـات. والمبحـث الرابـع: حكـم المـوالاة بـين الطـواف وركعتيـه، والمبحـث الخـامس: مكـان صـلاة ركعتـي الطـواف والمكـان الـذي يـستحب أن تـصلي فيـه وترتيـب أفـضلية أمكنة صلاتهما عند الفقهاء، وحكم صلاتهما في الأوقات المنهي عنها الصلاة، ومذاهب الفقهاء في ذلك. والمبحث السادس: فـي أحكـام، منهـا: حكـم الـسترة والنيـة لهمـا والقيـام فيهمـا وهـل تـدخلها النيابة ثـم ختمـت بحثـي بخاتمـة بينت فيهـا أهـم مـا ورد في البحث وذكرت عدة توصيات بناءً على ما ورد في البحث.
This research amis to identify some of provisions of Tawaf two- Rak’as. It includes the following. Introduction, six chapters, conclusion and references list. First topic: ruling on praying tawaf tow-Rak’as, and the three trends of scholars about that. Second topic: ruling of reading Quran in the two-Rak’as, what is recommended to be read and the reason, and reading fatihah and what is recommended? Reading it aloud or secretly .Third topic: number of Rak’as, and what is better ? Two or more ? Fourth topic: Continuity between Tawaf and praying the two Rak’as. This includes other points, also combining two circumambulations or more for one Tawaf, ruling of delaying their two-Rak’as, and ruling of praying the two Rak’as for each circumambulation or for all circumambulation together. Fifth topic: place of praying and the priority of places accoding to the scholars, and time of praying and the forbidden times. Sixth topic: some provisions like intention, barrier in front of the prayer, standing in praying, and if it is permissible to acting for some one in praying them .In the and lset conclusion, including the most important points in the research, in addition to some of findings.
