المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي الاستفادة من خبرة المملكة العربية السعودية ممثلة في الجامعة السعودية في تطوير التعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعات المصرية، ونظرا لطبيعة هذا البحث، والأهداف التي يسعى لتحقيقها؛ استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وذلك لوصف وتفسير الظاهرة وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها يوصي بضرورة التغلب على التحديات التي تواجه استخدام التعلم المدمج في نظام التعليم الجامعي نظرا لفوائد ومميزاته العديدة، مع ضرورة إجراء مراجعات وتعديلات مستمرة للتعليم الجامعي ليواكب ما يحدث من تطور كذلك أوصي البحث بضرورة وضع نماذج وتصورات لاستراتيجيات تدريسية تعتمد على استخدام التعلم المدمج وتوظيفه من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم في مقررات دراسية مختلفة، فضلاً عن إجراء مزيد من الدراسات والبحوث لبحث فعالية استخدام التعلم المدمج في تحقيق نواتج تعلم أفضل في برامج ومقررات دراسية مختلفة، وكذلك تم التوصية بضرورة تنميةٍ الوعي التربوي لدي القائمين على التعليم بالجامعة السعودية بصيغة التعلم المدمج، فضلاً عن أهمية نشر الثقافة بين أفراد مؤسسات التعليم العالي؛ باعتبارها من العوامل الرئيسة التي تساعد في تذليل كثير من تحديات استخدام التعلم المدمج، إضافة لقدرتها على تنمية فهم الأفراد، وزيادة كفاءتهم التعليمية وإستخدامهم لنتائج التكنولوجيا وأدواتها المختلفة.

Targeted current research to take advantage of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experience represented in Saudi Arabia, the electronic university in the development of e- education in Egyptian universities , and due to the nature of this research, and the goals it seeks to achieve them ; use descriptive method, so as to description and interpretation of the phenomenon in the light of the results that have been reached recommended the need to overcome challenges facing the use of built-in learning university education system due to the many benefits and advantages, With the need to conduct audits and continuous adjustments for university education to keep pace with what is happening in the development, as well as recommend Find the need to develop models and scenarios for A straight teaching based on the use of learning built and employed by the faculty and their assistants, members of the different courses, as well as further studies and research to examine the effectiveness of use the built-in learning to achieve better learning outcomes in different programs of study and decisions, as well as the recommendation was the need to develop educational awareness among educators Arabia E-learning format built the university As well as the importance of the deployment ofe-culture among the members of the institutions of higher education , as one of the key factors that will help in overcoming many of the challenges of learning to use the built- in addition to the ability to understand the development of individuals, and to increase educational efficiency, and use of the results of the various technologies and tools.
