| 520 | |b This research is mainly concerned with designing fabrics used in heart prostheses (patches , valves frames and vasculars). The woven technique was applied to produce these fabrics, using different constructions (regular hopsack 2/2,twill 1/3 , satin 4 and double weave). One textile material was employed in this research (Lycra covered with polyester) The produced fabrics were treated with Chitosan.
