المستخلص: Recent technological developments have worked to remove the differences between the means of communication and the borders that have long separated between the different means of media. It represents the fourth revolution of social interaction in the history of humanity following the revolution of speech, writing and printing, where each of these revolutions was accompanied by new systems of communication and information technology. In the current time, we find the distinguished use of satellites with instant media transmission. This has opened up limitless horizons for development which means the marriage between long-range communications and informatics, especially in the field of social relations which are impacted by it. In this regard, we would to especially look at the category of university and non-university youth through a field study of the province of Batna in Algeria. We presented this research through three main themes; the first related specifically to the theoretical framework of the research, the second focused upon the methodological aspect whilst the third related specifically to the field aspect of the study.

إن التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة قد عملت على إزالة الفوارق بين وسائل الاتصال والحدود التي طالما فصلت بين وسائل الإعلام المختلفة ، وهي الثورة الرابعة من ثورات التفاعل الاجتماعي في تاريخ الإنسانية بعد ثورة الكلام والكتابة والطباعة حيث صاحبت كل ثورة من هذه الثورات نظم جديدة من تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات. حاليا نجد الاستعمال المتميز للأقمار الصناعية مع فورية الإعلام المنقول، الأمر الذي فتح آفاقاً لا حدود لها من التطور التي تعني التزاوج بين الاتصالات بعيدة المدى والمعلوماتية خاصة في مجال العلاقات الاجتماعية التي تتأثر بها، لنخص في ذلك فئة الشباب الجامعي و الغير الجامعي عن طريق دراسة ميدانية خصت ولاية باتنة بالجزائر. قدمنا هذا البحث من خلال ثلاثة محاور أساسية؛ خص المحور الأول يلخص الإطار النظري للبحث ، والمحور الثاني الجانب المنهجي ، أما الثالث فخص الجانب الميداني من الدراسة. 

Le développement technologique moderne a réalisé l’élimination des différences entre les outils de communication et les limites qui ont longtemps séparées les différents médias, c'est la quatrième révolution des révolutions de l'interaction sociale dans l'histoire humaine après la révolution de la parole et de l'écriture et de l’impression. Chaque révolution était accompagnée par de nouveaux systèmes de technologie de communication et d'information. Actuellement on souligne l'utilisation exclusive des satellites avec la rapidité de la transmission de l’information, ce qui a ouvert des horizons de développement illimités, signifiant l'accouplement entre les communications éloignées et l’information, en particulier son influence dans le domaine des relations sociales. Dans notre études sur le terrain, on s’est basé sur la catégorie des jeunes (Hommes et Femmes) universitaires et non universitaires à la wilaya de Batna en Algérie, cette recherche va être présentée à travers trois axes, le premier résume le cadre théorique de la recherche, le deuxième le côté méthodologique, tandis que le troisième concerne la partie pratique de l'étude.
