المستخلص: The modern technological developments have worked to remove the differences between these communication tools and the boundaries that have long separated between the various media. It is the fourth revolution of the social interaction revolutions in the history of humanity after the revolution of the speech, the writing and the printing. Each of these revolutions was accompanied by new systems of communication and information technology, including the distinct use of satellites and the immediacy of the transferred media, which opened the borderless horizons of the development, which means the mating between long-term communication and the informatics communication, especially in the field of the social relations..

Les développements technologiques moderne ont travaillé à éliminer les différences entre les outils de communication de ces limites qui ont longtemps séparés entre les différents médias, Ces la quatrième révolution des révolutions de l'interaction sociale dans l'histoire humaine après la révolution de la parole et de l'écriture , l'impression ,et rapidité des médias rapporté ce qui a ouvert des horizons non infinie de l'évolution qui signifie l'accouplement , les communications a long terme et l'informatisation en particulier dans le société rurale.

إن التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة قد عملت على إزالة الفوارق بين الأدوات الاتصالية هذه والحدود التي طالما فصلت بين وسائل الإعلام المختلفة ، وهي الثورة الرابعة من ثورات التفاعل الاجتماعي في تاريخ الإنسانية بعد ثورة الكلام والكتابة والطباعة وصاحبت كل ثورة من هذه الثورات نظم جديدة من تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات ،وباستعمال متميز للأقمار الصناعية وبفورية الإعلام المنقول الأمر الذي فتح آفاقاً لا حدود لها من التطور التي تعني التزاوج بين الاتصالات بعيدة المدى والمعلوماتية خاصة في مجال العلاقات الاجتماعية.
