المستخلص: The study sought to identify the practiced teaching competencies of the faculty members from the point of view of the students of psychology. We adopted the descriptive analytical methodological approach. The research sample consisted of 187 students from the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Mostaganem University. To collect data, we constructed the “Teaching Competencies of Faculty Members” questionnaire from the students' point of view. To analyze the data, we used a set of statistical methods/tools: The Pearson correlation, Cronbach coefficient, Spearman Brown correction coefficient, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the One Way Anova variance analysis.
1) The reality of the teaching competencies practice by faculty members, from the point of view of students in the Department of Psychology, must be examined in order to improve and develop it through training which is suitable for the needs of teachers, on the one hand, and the requirements of the modern educational system, on the other hand. According to the results, the teaching competencies of the teaching staff in the Department of Psychology do not meet the quality requirements of higher education.
2) There are differences between the university study levels and specialization in the practice of the branch teaching competencies (each dimension separately) for faculty members in the Department of Psychology, except for the fourth dimension, which was related to the implementation of the lecture.

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الكفاءات التدريسية المُمارسة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس من وجهة نظر طلبة علم النفس؛ اعتمدنا في بحثنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت عينة البحث من (187 طالب وطالبة من قسم علم النفس بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة مستغانم). ولجمع البيانات قمنا ببناء استبيان "الكفاءات التدريسية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس" من وجهة نظر الطلبة. ولتحليل البيانات استخدمنا مجموعة من الأساليب الاحصائية هي: ارتبط بيرسون، معامل كرومباخ، معامل تصحيح سبيرمان براون، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، تحليل التباين في اتجاه واحد One Way Anova. وكانت نتائج البحث كالتالي:
1) واقع مُمارسة الكفاءات التدريسية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس من وجهة نظر الطلبة بقسم علم النفس يجب النظر في تحسينه وتطويره عن طريق التكوين بما يتلاءم مع احتياجات الأساتذة من جهة ومع متطلبات النظام التربوي التعليمي الحديث من جهة أخرى، فحسب النتائج ،كفاءات التدريس لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم علم النفس لا ترقى إلى تحقيق الجودة في التعليم العالي.
2) توجد فروق بين المستويات الدراسية الجامعية والتخصص في مُمارسة الكفاءات التدريسية الفرعية (كل بعد على حدى) لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم علم النفس، عدا البعد الرابع (تنفيذ المحاضرة) لم توجد هذه الفروق.

La recherche que nous avons conduite les modalités pratique quant aux compétences d'enseignement pour les membres du corps professoral du point de vue des étudiants en psychologie. Nous avons utilisé la méthode d’analyse descriptive. L’échantillon de l’étude est constitué de 187 étudiant (e) s, du Département de psychologie, Faculté des sciences sociales, Université de Mostaganem. Pour ceci, on a commencée à une collecte des données sous forme de questionnaire dont l’intitulé est : « l'enseignement des compétences pour les membres du corps professoral du point de vue des étudiants». Le traitement des données à été établi en utilisant les méthodes statistiques suivantes : R. Pearson, Spearman Brown de correction, coefficient alpha Krumbach, le moyen arithmétique, l’écart type, Analyse de Variance (One Way Anova). Les résultats obtenus sont:
1) Les compétences d'enseignement du corps professoral n’a pas atteint le seuil requis de la qualité dans l’enseignement supérieur. En fait, la réalité de la pratique des compétences d’enseignement pour les membres du corps professoral du point de vue des étudiants du Département de psychologie devrait être basée sur la formation en répondant doublement aux exigences des besoins des enseignants et de l’orientation du système éducatif.
2) Il existe des différences entre les niveaux des années Universitaires et leur spécialisation correspondantes dans la pratique des compétences d'enseignement pour les membres du corps professoral.
