هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية الثقافة المؤسسية بما تتضمنها من مفهوم ومستويات وعناصر وأبعاد وأنماط. وسعت إلى الكشف عن كيفية تشكيل الثقافة المؤسسية الجامعية في إطار الخصائص المؤسسية والفلسفة الحاكمة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي. واهتمت بتوضيح مفاهيم وأسس جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي ومداخلها الفكرية. وسلطت الضوء على إبراز أهم معايير ضمان جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي ومؤشراتها. وساهمت في تحليل العلاقة بين ثقافة المؤسسة الجامعية بمستوياتها المختلفة في ضوء معايير ضمان جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي. وتحديد أبعاد وكيفية تشكيل ثقافة مؤسسية جامعية قادرة على ضمان جودة الأداء. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاثنوجرافي. وتكونت الدراسة من عدة محاور وتمثلت في العنصر الأول الذي ناقش الخلفية التاريخية لجامعة تورينو والجوانب التراثية لثقافتها المؤسسية. وأوضح العنصر الثاني الثقافة المؤسسية لجامعة تورينو كمجتمع متعدد الثقافات. وتناول العنصر الثالث دور الثقافة التنظيمية بجامعة تورينو في تحقيق ضمان جودة الأداء. وأظهر العنصر الرابع العلاقات المؤسسية بجامعة تورينو ودورها في تحقيق معايير جودة الأداء داخلها. وأشار العنصر الخامس إلى دور القيم المؤسسية لجامعة تورينو في تحقيق معايير جودة الأداء بها. وقد توصلت النتائج إلى التحليل الدقيق لماهية الثقافة المؤسسية بأبعادها ومستويات المختلفة وتحليل ثقافة المؤسسة الجامعية من حيث مفهومها وتكوينها وعناصرها ومصادر تشكيلها في إطار خصائصها المؤسسية وفلسفتها الحاكمة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشكيل ثقافة مؤسسية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي المصرية والعربية قادرة على تحقيق معايير ضمان جودة الأداء داخلها وذلك من خلال مستوى المعتقدات والقيم المؤسسية ومستوى الثقافة التنظيمية والوحدة البنائية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The study aimed to identify the nature of the institutional culture with its concepts, levels, elements, dimensions and patterns. It sought to reveal how to form the university institutional culture within the institutional characteristics and philosophy governing the institutions of higher education. The study was keen to clarify the concepts and foundations of the quality of higher education institutions and their intellectual entrances. It highlighted the most important quality standards of the higher education institutions and their indicators. Also, it contributed to the analysis of the relationship between the cultures of the university institution at its different levels in light of the assurance standards of institutions of higher education quality. It determine the dimensions and how to form a university institutional culture capable of ensuring the quality of performance. The study was based on the ethnographic approach. The study consisted of several axes: the first element discuss the historical background of the Turin University and the heritage aspects of its institutional culture. The second element explained the institutional culture of the Turin University as a multicultural society. The third element dealt with the role of organizational culture at the Turin University in achieving performance quality assurance. The fourth element showed the institutional relations at the Turin University and its role in achieving performance quality standards within them. The fifth element referred to the role of the institutional values of the Turin University in achieving performance standards. The results have led to an accurate analysis of the institutional culture nature in its different dimensions and levels, and the analysis of the university institution's culture in terms of its concept, composition, elements and sources of formation within its institutional characteristics and ruling philosophy. The study recommended the need to form an institutional culture for Egyptian and Arab higher education institutions capable of achieving performance quality assurance standards within them through the level of beliefs and institutional values and the level of organizational culture and structural unity of higher education institutions..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
