This study investigates the factors affecting early retirement among Egyptian Public employees. Satisfaction and stress were investigated to measure their impact on early retirement A sample of 271 Egyptian employees was used in this study. The sample included public employees from different sectors and different age groups. Findings of this study were interesting and give a guide to managerial policy makers. |
