Purpose - this study aims to explore critical success factors of supply chain management practices, supply chain management practices, and expected benefits of supply chain management practices in Egyptian manufacturing companies in order to improve the performance of these companies and to be able to face the surrounding challenges. Design/methodology/approach - we applied management theories, collected information from mangers at different levels of supply chain in textile, pharmaceutical and electronic appliances industries, as a result this study had developed a novel theoretical model of critical success factors of supply chain management practices in Egyptian manufacturing companies. |
