|a الشمولية شكل من أشكال الحكم السياسي للطغيان ظهرت في القرن العشرين، وهي نظام المجتمع المغلق، وهي ذات طبيعة إستبدادية منحدرة من الفاشية و النازية، وتعني سيطرة الحزب الواحد في الدولة، ووسائلها القمع و الإرهاب، كما تسيطر على حرية الرأي والتعبير و كافة وسائل الإعلام والنشاطات السياسية، أول خطوة يقوم بها النظام الشمولي هو تدمير هيكل المجتمع، أي الوصول الى مجتمع متذرر.

|b Totalitarism is kind of dictatorship political governance that appeared in the 20th century. It is a type of ruling which has an oppressive nature and which is based on tyranny that comes from the nazi movement. The principle of totalitarism is the governance of a unique party which uses extreme severity rigour and terror. In this system, people have no opinion and all political, media and communication systems are being held by the ruler. The first step used by totalitarism is destruction of society’s frame for the goal of creating a divided society
