520 |b While the new product literature suggests that success factors most strongly affect new product performance, few studies have examined the effect of these factors. The objectives of this research are: (1) Identify the critical success factors in new product development. (2) Compare the factors that managers perceive to be associated whit new product success in public sector and private sector in Pharmaceutical industry.(3) which are the key influencing factors that shape the product quality, and Which affect on the new product performance in the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Industry. Our findings provide important managerial guidelines concerning appropriate managerial actions to take in the new product development process, for example , the effect of development process factors and market environment factors are higher than other factors on product quality. To demonstrate the application of various statistical analyses for increasing the confidence that may be placed in empirical findings and out line methods for assessing whether significant estimation biases exist in our data. To accomplish our objectives, we develop a model of critical factors related to new product success. The model is tested using data collected on the Egyptians Pharmaceutical companies, The research is organized as follows: In the next section the introduction, research question, the purpose of research, a conceptual research model, hypothesis, research design and data collection, managerial implications and conclusions.
