عندما ننظر إلى علوم اللغة العربية نجد أن هذه العلوم توسعت بشكل كبير حتى أن الفرع أصبح علمًا قائمًا بذاته، وهذا أمر طبيعي بسبب العوامل المتعددة التي تفرض نفسها على العلوم، وإذا رجعنا إلى بداية التأليف وجدنا التأليف كان موسوعيًا ثم بعد ذلك أخذت المؤلفات بالتخصص شيئًا فشيئًا، ولكن من العلوم ما بقى له ارتباطات وتداخلات لا يمكن الفصل بينها ومنه الإبدال وعلاقته بعلم الأصوات، إذ أن الإبدال من الموضوعات الصرفية وعلم الأصوات علم قائم بذاته. فأردت في هذا البحث المتواضع أن أبين العلاقة بين الإبدال وعلم الأصوات، وجاء البحث على أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول: تعريف الإبدال لغة واصطلاحًا المبحث الثاني: انفراد العربية بالإعلال والإبدال دون غيرها من اللغات. حروف الإبدال. المبحث الثالث: علاقة الإبدال بعلم الأصوات المبحث الرابع: أقسام الإبدال. الإبدال المطرد. الإبدال غير المطرد. مسوغات الإبدال. فوائد وتنبيهات. والخاتمة، والمصادر والمراجع
When we look to the Arabic language, we find that these sciences have expanded dramatically so that the branch has become noted in itself, and this is normal because of the multiple factors that impose themselves on science, and if we go back to the beginning of writing and found writing was encyclopedic and then after that I took literature specialization gradually, but the science of what is left of his links and overlaps can not be separated from them and the substitution and its relationship to the knowledge of sounds, as the replacement of topics and morphological phonology flag a stand-alone.
