تعد الجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية يرتبط وجودها بوجود المجتمعات، فمتى وجدت المجتمعات وجد الأفراد برغباتهم، وأهوائهم وأهدافهم المختلفة التي قد تتضارب وتتعارض أحيانا، مما يجعل البعض يرى في الاعتداء على الآخرين سبيلا لتحقيق أهدافه الخاصة، فالجريمة قديمة قدم الوجود الإنساني. ويجمع الكثير من الباحثين والعلماء الذين يبحثون في موضوع الجريمة بوصفها ظاهرة اجتماعية، على أنها من الممكن أن تكون نتاج لعوامل خارجية لا تتعلق بشخصية الفرد المجرم بشكل رئيس وإنما تتصل بالوسط الذي يعيش فيه، ويكون من شأنها التأثير في سلوكه وتوجيهه نحو اقتراف الجريمة. هذه العوامل الخارجية هناك من يصطلح على تسميتها بالعوامل البيئية ويراد بها تلك القوى والأوضاع والظروف التي تحيط بالفرد والتي تؤثر فيه مباشرة أو غير مباشرة. لذا جاء بحثنا هذا تحت عنوان البيئة والسلوك الإجرامي مركزا على أبرز العوامل المحيطة بالفرد والتي تسهم بشكل أو بأخر في اتجاه الفرد نحو السلوك الإجرامي، وتناولت فيه مجموعة من القضايا منها التعريف بمصطلحات البحث، ومنها البيئة، والجريمة، والسلوك المنحرف، ومن ثم صورة المجرم في إطار علم السلوك، وأثر العوامل البيئية في تكوين الفرد المجرم، وبعدها تناولت أبرز النظريات الاجتماعية المفسرة للسلوك الإجرامي، والتركيز على نظرية التفكك الاجتماعي ونظرية العوامل الاقتصادية، ومن ثم الدور الذي تمارسه العائلة في انحراف أفرادها، ثم عرجنا على البيئة الخارجية ودورها في تنامي السلوك الإجرامي لدى الأفراد، حيث تناولنا في هذا الجانب: السكن ومناطق الانحراف، والانحراف بين المدن الكبرى والأرياف، والعوامل الجغرافية والمناخية وأثرها في السلوك الإجرامي، وكذلك أثر الأصدقاء والرفقاء من الجيران والأقارب، وظروف العمل والبطالة وأثرها في السلوك الإجرامي، بعدها تم التركيز على دور المدرسة في السلوك الإجرامي، وفي نهاية البحث طرحت مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات.
A crime is social phenomena .it’s existing associate with the existing of societies . whenever societies found individuals and their desirers , performance , goals ,are found which could be conflict and contrast . this make some people see that an attack on others is a way to achieve their owns goals. Crime is old and ahead of human existing , a lot of educators who are seeking in crime agree that crime is a social phenomena , it is a product for external factors do not relate to the personality of criminal person , but crime relate to the environment in which individual are living . and its effects on his behavior and his attitudes toward commit of crime , these external factors some call it environmental factors which means that forces and situation ,circumstances that surround individual and effect on him directly or indirectly , there for this research came under two terms of environmental and criminal behavior and focus on the most important factors that surround individual which contribute in away or in other in his attitudes towards criminal behavior , and also this research deals with a group of issues the first deal identifying the basic terms such as environment, crime , perverted behavior and deal with the form of criminal in behavior science . and also shed light on the effects of environmental factors in forming criminal individual and discuss the interpretational social theories for criminal factors theories and focus on discrete social theories, economical factors theories and then deal with the role of family toward perverted behavior and on environment in growing of criminal behavior for individual in this aspect the focuing is on living . perverted areas the perverting between large cities and countryside , and geographical factors and their effects on criminal behavior and also the effects of friend from relatives and neighbors and then deal with unemployment and works factors and their effects on criminal behavior . and focus attention on the schools and it’s role in criminal behavior and finally came to conclusion and the results and recommendation and suggestions
