يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقويم مهارات إدارة الصف وضبطه لدى مطبقي قسم التاريخ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبع الباحث عدة خطوات منها مراجعة الدراسات السابقة لغرض الحصول على قائمة مهارات إدارة الصف وضبطه إذ تم إعداد بطاقة الملاحظة في ضوئها بعدما تم التأكد من صحتها وثباتها كما تم اختيار عينة بلغت (80) مطبقاً من طلبة قسم التاريخ في كلية التربية/ الجامعة المستنصرية للعام الدراسي 2012/ 2013 ومشاهدتهم وتقويم أدائهم طبقاً لبطاقة الملاحظة. وبعد استكمال إجراءات البحث وتحليل البيانات إحصائياً توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة نتائج تمثلت في ضعف المستوى العام لأداء الطلبة المطبقين في مهارات إدارة الصف وضبطه وكذلك ضعف مستوى أداء الطلبة المطبقين في كل مجال من مجالات إدارة الصف وضبطه، وتم التوصل إلى عدة استنتاجات منها: ضعف الإعداد المهني في مجالات المهارات التدريسية وإن طرائق التدريس المستعملة في الكلية لا تناسب قدرات الطلبة المطبقين والاعتماد على الحفظ والتلقين بدلاً من الممارسات التطبيقية، وتم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
This research aims at evaluating the performance skills of the class management and control it for the training teacher of history class. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher followed a number of steps like reviewing the previous studies in order to obtain a list of evaluating the skills of the class management. He prepared a list of notification in the light of this. After verification of the validity, a sample of 80 training teachers from the history Dept. in the College of Education Al- mustansriya university for the academic year 2012/2013 and watching them and evaluate their performance according to note card. After completing the procedures of the study, and analyzing the data statistically the research comes up to finding that the group of results of study which show the weak level in general of the trained teacher in the classroom skills and controlling it. Also, the study found in the fields of class management. He arrives at a number of conclusions like: the weakness of the vocational in the fields of the skills and that the methods of the methods of the studding in the college of the capabilities of the students training and depending on the memorizing of applying practices. A group of suggestions and recommendation.
