يمثل قلق المستقبل أحد انواع القلق التي تشكل خطورة في حياة الفرد، والتي تمثل الخوف من المجهول ينجم عن خبرات ماضية وحاضرة يعيشها الفرد وتجعله يشعر بعدم الأمن وتوقع الخطر، ويشعر بعدم الاستقرار وتسبب لديه هذه الحالة شيء من التشاؤم واليأس الذي قد يؤدي به في نهاية الأمر إلى اضطراب حقيقي وخطير مثل الاكتئاب أو اضطراب نفسي عصبي خطير، وقلق المستقبل قد ينشأ عن افكار مغلوطة وغير عقلانية لدى الفرد تجعله يؤول الواقع من حوله وكذلك المواقف والاحداث والتفاعلات بشكل خاطئ، مما يدفعه إلى حالة من الخوف والقلق الهائم الذي يفقده السيطرة على مشاعره وعلى افكاره العقلانية ومن ثم عدم الأمن والاستقرار النفسي، وقد يتسبب هذا في حالة من عدم الثقة بالنفس وعدم القدرة على مواجهة المستقبل والخوف والذعر الشديد من التغيرات الاجتماعية والسياسية المتوقع حدوثها في المستقبل مع التوقعات السلبية لكل ما يحمله المستقبل، ومن ثم فأن قلق المستقبل يشكل خوفاً يمزج بين الرعب والامل، وقد يعيش الحياة بشكل زائف فيلجأ إلى الكذب وقد يصل إلى الخداع والنفاق في التعامل مع الواقع من حوله . (شقير ،٢٠٠٥، ٤-5). ان مستوى حصول الطالبة الجامعية على حقوقها الإنسانية تعد ضرورة أساسية يجب أن تحققها الدولة للشباب سواء أكانت من حيث الاهداف التي تطمح إليها الطالبة الجامعية لمساعدتها في محاولة تحدي العقبات والضغوط للوصول إلى مستوى طموح واقعي يتناسب مع امكانيات الفرد والجوانب الايجابية في شخصيته، أم بالحد من الجوانب السلبية في الشخصية التي ترفع من مستوى تحقيق الطالب لمهارات الحياة المطلوبة لدى كل فرد بقدر إمكاناته وأسلوبه في الحياة، ومنها حصوله على الحقوق المادية والمعنوية والمهارات الابتكارية والتحدي والضبط والمرونة والقدرة على صنع القرار وإدارة الوقت وأوقات الفراغ وإدارة الأزمات والقدرة على تقبل التغيير بالتواصل مع الاخرين وكذلك طلب المعرفة. وقد هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف: 1- مستوى قلق المستقبل عند طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال. 2- مستوى حصول طالبة قسم رياض الأطفال على حقوقها الإنسانية. 3- آراء طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في درجة قلقهن على مستقبلهن. 4- آراء طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في حصولهن على حقوقهن الإنسانية. 5- العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل والحقوق الإنسانية لطالبات قسم رياض الأطفال. بلغت عينة البحث الحالي (200) طالبة من طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في كلية التربية للبنات للمراحل الدراسية الأربعة، إذ اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وبواقع (50) طالبة من كل مرحلة من المراحل الاربعة، ثم تم استخراج صدق وثبات المقياسين وتطبيق الوسائل الإحصائية التي ساعدت على استخراج النتائج ومنها: ١- أظهرت نتائج البحث أن النسبة المئوية لقلق المستقبل لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال كان بمستوى متوسط والبالغ (68.5%) كانت أعلى نسبة من المستويين العالي والمنخفض. ٢- أظهرت نتائج البحث أن النسبة المئوية للمستوى المتوسط للحقوق الإنسانية لطالبات قسم رياض الأطفال والبالغة (٦٨%) كانت أعلى نسبة من المستويين العالي والمنخفض .٣- وجود علاقة وباتجاه عكسي بين قلق المستقبل والحقوق الإنسانية لطالبات قسم رياض الأطفال، أي كلما حصلت الطالبة الجامعية على حقوقها الإنسانية كلما قل عندها قلق المستقبل. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج وضعت بعض التوصيات وأهمها: 1. أن تنعم الطالبة الجامعية بحق المساواة العادلة في أبعادها كافة الإنسانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والقضائية.
Represents a concern future one kind of anxiety that is dangerous in the life of the individual, which represents the fear of the unknown is caused by the experiences of past, present experienced by the individual and make him feel insecurity and expectation of danger and feel unstable and cause has this case is something of pessimism and despair that may lead him eventually to disorder real and dangerous , such as depression or psychiatric disorder nervous dangerous , and that concern the future may arise from misconceptions nor rational individual's make it devolves reality around him as well as the attitudes and events and interactions in the wrong , which lead him to a state of fear and anxiety Roamer who lose control of his emotions and his ideas of rationality and then insecurity and psychological stability , may cause this in the case of low self-esteem and an inability to face the future with fear and panic extreme of social and political changes expected to occur in the future with a negative outlook for all what the future holds , and therefore, concern the future is a fear that blends horror and hope for the future and obsessive thoughts, and live life in a false opted to lie has been up to deception and hypocrisy in dealing with the reality around him . ( Shakir 0.2005,4.5). That level for a college student on his human rights are considered a basic necessity must be achieved by the state for young people , whether in terms of the goals that aspire to it young university to help him in an attempt to challenge the obstacles and pressures to reach the level of ambition of realistic commensurate with the potential of the individual and the positive aspects of his personality , or the reduction of aspects negative personal which raises the level of student achievement for the life skills required by each individual as much potential, and his style of life, including obtaining the rights to physical and Almanuehoualemharrat innovative and challenge , control and flexibility and decision-making, time management, and leisure and crisis management, and the ability to embrace change in communion with others , as well as request knowledge. The goal of current research to know 1- the level of concern at the future kindergarten students section. 2- level for kindergarten student section on human rights. 3- the views of the Department of kindergarten students in the degree of concern for their futures. 4- the views of the Department of kindergarten students in their access to their human rights. 5- The relationship between the future and concern for the human rights section of Kindergarten students. The sample of current research (200) female students from the Department of kindergartens in the College of Education for grades four , where the selected sample random method and by (50) student from each stage of the four ٠ and then was extracted validity and reliability of the two scales and the application of statistical methods that have helped the extraction results are: 1- Search Results showed that the percentage of future concern to the Department of kindergarten students had an average level of $ ( 68.5 % ) had the highest percentage of both high and low . 2- Search Results showed that the percentage of the average level of the human rights section of the kindergarten students and adult (68%) had the highest percentage of both high and low . 3- The existence of a relationship between the reverse direction and concern the future and the human rights of students kindergarten section, whenever any university student got on the rights of humanity, the less concern then the future. In light of these results and put some of the recommendations, including: 1. Blessed that young university the right to equal fair in all its dimensions, whether the human dimension, or social, or economic, or political, or judicial.
