المستخلص: The paper deals with the notion of the (Secretary) in the language , holy Kuran , the prophet’s sayings and the historical background of this position. We explained the Mamalik need to create such position. The secretary keeps the secrets of the Sultan. He is characterized with special features, and names and the words that he pronounces during his employment. Particular families occupied this position, we explained the important works that he does and his relation with the government .The secretary had assistants who are called the Secretary assistants. The paper illustrates the idcolojgical activity of the Secretaries who had limited participations in the prophetic sayings, poetry and authority.
