المستخلص: This paper deals with the origin of Mamalik and the way in which they reached at the government in Egypt. Those Mamalik had come from different origins so they used legal causes to rule Egypt legally. They used to welcome the judges . The judge issued the orders of employing the Khalifa and the Mamlakian Sultan and he keeps their agreements and wills. This section has two subsections , the first one deals with the relationship between the judges and the Abassey Khalifas .The judge was responsible of proving the Khalifa's race, he is the first man to promise the Kkalifa even before the Mamlik Sultan . The judge had the right to give his opinion to employ the Khalifa and he had the right to dislocate the Khalifa if he was unqualified . The relationship between the judge and the Mamalik Sultan was fluctuating but mostly good. The judge went with the Sultan to the pilgrimage and wars ; his presence was considered as an enhancement to the army, since he is the legal authority
