المستخلص: The book does contain many investigative mistakes The first of which is the investigator's dependence upon one copy although there are two more copies. In addition, he does not correct the title of the book which is entitled ( Al-Fateh Al- Wahbee Ala Mushkelat Sh'ir Al-Mutanabee. He left some verses without documentation. And there is inaccuracy of referring to volumes and pages of some of the references he had consulted in his investigation. The investigator did not follow the alphabetical arrangement of the references in the bibliography. Any way the burden of who criticizes an investigated book can never be measured with the burden of who investigated it. The first of the peculiarities of the later is that it brought to light a book which had been kept in darkness. We do not exaggerate if we say that first class investigators may miss a lot. The investigative work cannot reach perfectness: because of its enormous requirements and great efforts. The critic's task is to shed light on what the investigator had missed, and this does not mean that he denies a grace nor takes away a peculiarity, but correcting what he feels is wrong.
