هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الأنانية والشعور بالاضطهاد لدى طلبة الجامعة عن طريق التعرف إلى الأنانية والفرق في الأنانية حسب النوع (ذكور – إناث) وكذلك التعرف على الشعور بالاضطهاد لدى طالبة الجامعة والفرق بالاضطهاد بحسب النوع (ذكور – إناث) وكذلك علاقة الأنانية بالشعور بالاضطهاد، وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث، بلغت العينة (200) طالبا وطالبة وبواقع (85) من الإناث، و(115) من الذكور في كلية التربية الجامعة المستنصرية، وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس الأنانية (24) فقرة ومقياس الشعور بالاضطهاد (34) فقرة واستخرج الصدق والثبات وقد توصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج وهي: - 1 – لا توجد أنانية لدى طلبة الجامعة وبدلالة إحصائية. 2 – لا توجد فروق بحسب النوع في الأنانية. 3 – لا يوجد شعور بالاضطهاد لدى طلبة الجامعة وبدلالة إحصائية. 4 – لا توجد فروق بحسب النوع في الشعور بالاضطهاد. 5 – وجود علاقة بين الأنانية والشعور بالاضطهاد وبدلالة إحصائية. وفي ضوء كالنتائج وضع الباحث عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات.
The current research aimed to identify selfishness among the students of the university and the difference in selfishness by type ( males - females), as well as identify the feeling of persecution among the students of the university and the difference of persecution by type ( males - females) as well as the relationship selfish feeling of persecution . In order to achieve the goals of search reached the sample ( 200 students) and by ( 85 ) than females , and ( 115 ) of the male students in the Faculty of Education, University of Mustansiriya . The researcher built a scale selfishness (24) and paragraph gauge the feeling of persecution (34) and paragraph extracted honesty and consistencyThe researcher reached to a set of results namely: 1 - There is no selfishness among the students of the university in terms of statistical and 2 - There are no differences by type of selfishness . 3 - There is no feeling of persecution among the students of the university and in terms of statistical 0.4 - There are no differences by gender in the sense of persecution . 5-The existence of a relationship between selfishness and a sense of persecution and in terms of statistics in light of the findings , the researcher developed a number of recommendations and suggestions.
