|e هدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على العدل والاعتراف وغيرهما. وأشار أنه ليس من نافلة القول التأكيد على الخلاف الذي يسم كل بحث في غرض العدل وذلك لكونه يشترك في خلافية كل موضوع فلسفي. وذلك لكونه موضوع نزاع اجتماعي باعتبار أن رهاناته تتخطي مجرد الخلاف النظري إلى الرهانات السياسية والاجتماعية المعلومة. كما أوضح أنه ليس جديدا القول إن مستويات العدل الاقتصادي منها والسياسي والقانوني بل والأخلاقي والابستمي والايكولوجي كذلك متشابكة إلى حد كبير. وبين أن الجديد هو ظهور تدبر نظري وتدبير عملي لمستويات كانت موجودة وموضوع انشغال وأخرى كانت أمام ناظرينا ولكنها لم تكن موضوع نظرنا. وأظهر أنها كانت تعزل عن ظاهرة العدل التقليدي في حين أصبحنا اليوم على وعي بكونها كذلك أو لم تكن تولي الاهتمام الجدير بها. وأضاف انه يعنى تباعا الميز العنصري والميز الجنسي والميز الثقافي والجور الابستمي والحيف الاثني والحيف الجهوي أو الميز العولمي الراهن أو الظلم التاريخي المحلي. وتوصل الى أن التفكير في العدل من منظور الاستغلال وحده لم يعد كافيا بل بدأت معاضدته بتفكر مسألة أخرى متجددة أن لم نقل مستحدثة هي مسألة الاعتراف أو التعرف أو العرفان. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

|f The research aimed to focus on justice and confession, etc. He pointed out that there is no need to emphasis on the dispute, which calls every research in the purpose of justice, because it is involved in the controversy of each philosophical topic. That's because it is the subject of social conflict, considering that its bets go beyond being only theoretical differences to the political and social known bets. He also pointed out that it is not new to say that the levels of economic, political, legal, even moral, epistemic and ecological justice were also highly intertwined. He pointed out that the new thing is the emergence of theoretical and practical management of the existed levels and the subject of concern and others were before our eyes, but it was not the subject of our consideration. It also showed that they were isolated from the phenomenon of traditional justice, meanwhile today we are aware of this fact or it was not paid its due attention. He added that he meant, in turn, the racial discrimination, sexual desegregation, cultural discrimination, epistemic injustice, ethnic violence, regional inequalities, current globalized discrimination or local historical injustice.
