هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى عرض مجموعة من المصطلحات القضائية، حيث انتشر التقاضي وتطورت العبارات مع تقدم القضاء في دولتنا إداريا، وكثر التفنن في الجرائم، فأصبح لها أسماء ومصطلحات خاصة، وتكونت الورقة البحثية من عدة مصطلحات قضائية منها، أولا مصطلح الإسناد القضائي وهو كل ما يحتاجه القاضي في وظيفته القضائية ومنهم الكاتب والمترجم والباحث الشرعي، ثانيا مصطلح الإسناد القضائي بمفهومه المستجد وهو مختص مؤهل يساند القاضي في التحقق من الاختصاص النوعي والمكاني، ومراحل هذا الإسناد هي ما قبل النظر القضائي حيث تتم من خلال تكامل متطلبات قيد المعاملة والتحقق من الاختصاص المكاني والنوعي والتحقق من سلامة التبليغ وإرفاق ما يتطلبه الحال من المادة العلمية، وأثناء النظر القضائي وتشمل البحث العلمي ودعم القاضي بمتابعة وفحص خطابات رأي الخبراء، وما بعد صدور الحكم القضائي من خلال تَسَلُم اللائحة الاعتراضية واتخاذ ما يلزم بشأنها ومتابعة حفظ المعاملة. ثالثا وأخيرا مصطلحات خاصة بالاستئناف ومنها الحكم المنقوض، والطعن بالحكم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
