هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية وأساليب مواجهتها لدى أمهات أطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد وصفيا وإكلينيكيا. وتكون الجانب الوصفي للبحث من فحص 40 أما لأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد، ممن تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (29) إلى (55) سنة، وممن تراوحت مؤهلاتهن العلمية من مستوى متوسط إلى مستوى عال. كما تكون عدد المشاركات في الجانب الإكلينيكي من (4) أمهات ذوي أطفال التوحد، الحاصلات على مؤهل جامعي، ما عدا أما واحدة لم تستكمل دراستها الجامعية، وتراوحت أعمارهن من (29) إلى (55) عاما، ممن حصلن على درجات مرتفعة على كل من مقياس إدراك الضغوط النفسية، وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط لأمهات أطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد. وتم تصميم كل من مقياس إدراك الضغوط النفسية، ومقياس أساليب مواجهة الضغوط وحساب خصائصهما السيكومترية. إضافة إلى هذا، تم تصميم استمارة المقابلة الشخصية، واستخدام كل من اختبار ساكس لتكملة الجمل، وبعض بطاقات اختبار تفهم الموضوع. وانتهت النتائج إلى وجود ارتباطات موجبة ودالة إحصائية بين إدراك الضغوط النفسية لأم الطفل ذي اضطراب التوحد وأساليب مواجهتها، إضافة إلى وجود تشابه الديناميات النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد باستخدام بعض الاختبارات الإسقاطية. وتم تفسير النتائج في ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج البحوث السابقة، والانتهاء ببعض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.
The aim of this research study was to find out the relationship between psychological stress and coping styles for Autism children’s mothersusing both descriptive and clinical approach. The participants of descriptive approach consisted of (40) Autism children’s mothers, whom ages were ranged between (29) to (55) Yrs. Olds, and their scientific qualifications from middle to high level. As well as, the participants of clinical approach consisted of (4) Autism children’s mothers, whom scientific qualification are high except one mother can’t complete her university study, and their ages are ranged from (29) to (55) yrs. olds, whom Attained high degrees on both of psychological stress perception scale and coping styles scales. The psychological stress perception scale and coping styles scale were designed and their psychometric characteristices were computed. As well, personal interview steet is designed and both Sax Test to complete sentences, the (TAT) are used. The results indicated that there are positive and significant statistically correlations between psychological stress perception and coping styles for Autism children’s mothers. As well there were similarities in psychological dynamices for Autism children’s mothers by using some projective tests. The results were interpreted in the light of the previous research studies. Further recommendations and future research studies are required.
