|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استقصاء درجة امتلاك الطلبة المعلمين الملتحقين في برنامج الدبلوم المهني في التدريس للكفايات التكنولوجية في بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني، ومدى استخدامهم لها من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (73) كفاية موزعة على أربعة محاور هي: كفايات الثقافة الحاسوبية، وكفايات استخدام الحاسوب، وكفايات استخدام مصادر الشبكة العالمية (الإنترنت)، وكفايات إعداد المقرر الكترونيا وإدارته على الشبكة في التدريس، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (146) طالبا وطالبة، وأظهرت النتائج أن الطلبة المعلمين بشكل عام يمتلكون الكفايات في جميع المحاور بدرجة متوسطة؛ ففي المرتبة الأولى يمتلكون كفايات استخدام الحاسوب وبدرجة عالية، وفي المرتبة الثانية يمتلكون كفايات الثقافة الحاسوبية وبدرجة متوسطة، وفي المرتبة الثالثة يمتلكون كفايات إعداد المقرر إلكترونيا وإدارته في التدريس وبدرجة متوسطة، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة يمتلكون كفايات استخدام الشبكة العالمية (الإنترنت)، وبدرجة متوسطة أيضا.

|b The study aimed at investigating the degree of possessing technological competencies in E-learning environment by student-teachers who are enrolled in professional diploma program in teaching, and how they use them from their perspective. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a descriptive analytical method; where he prepared a questionnaire consisted of (73) competencies divided into four areas: competencies of culture computing, competencies of computer use, competencies of the use of World Wide Web (Internet) sources, and competencies of preparing the place electronically and managing the network in teaching. After checking the validity and the reliability of the questionnaire, it was applied to a sample of 146 students. The results showed that student-teachers, in general, have moderate competencies in all themes. In the first place came the competencies to use a computer at high level; culture computing came in the second place at moderate level, followed by competencies of preparing campus electronically and managing the network in teaching. At final place came the competencies of using the World Wide Web (Internet) with moderate level.
