المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة تطبيق الأساليب التربوية المعاصرة فى مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وكذلك التعرف إلى الفروق في وجهة نظر مديرات ومعلمات وموجهي رياض الأطفال تبعاً لمتغيرات (الوظيفة، نوع الرياض). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واشتملت العينة على (463) مديرة ومعلمة وموجهاً تربوياً في مدينة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2013/2012 ولتحقيق هدف البحث صممت استبانة احتوت (101) بنداً. \ وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي لإجابات أفراد العينة عن درجة تطبيق الأساليب التربوية المعاصرة في رياض الأطفال بشكل عام قد بلغ (3.61) وهي درجة كبيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين إجابات أفراد العينة وفقاً لمتغير الوظيفة، وهي بين المديرات والموجهين لصالح المديرات ذوات المتوسط الحسابي الأكبر، وكذلك بين المعلمات والموجهين لصالح المعلمات ذوات المتوسط الحسابي الأكبر. بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بحسب متغير نوع الرياض سواء بالنسبة للمديرات والمعلمات معاً أو بالنسبة للمديرات وحدهن أو بالنسبة للمعلمات وحدهن. وقدم البحث مقترحات منها الاستفادة من قائمة الأساليب التربوية كأداة لتقويم واقع استخدام المعلمات للأنشطة في رياض الأطفال. وإجراء دورات تدريبية لمديرات وموجهي رياض الأطفال للإحاطة بكل ما يتعلق بالإطار الفكري لرواد مدرسة النشاط، وإجراء دراسات تربوية تتناول مبدأ تقنيات الاتصال والتواصل التربوي للمربي (freniet) فرينيه. \

The goal of research is to know the degree of implementation of contemporary educational techniques in kindergarten institutions, as well as to identify the differences in the perspective of principals and teachers and kindergarten makers due to the variables (function, type of Kindergarten). The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. the sample of research included (463), director and teacher and supervisors in the city of Damascus for the academic year 2012/2013 . To achieve the goal of the research the researcher have a questionnaire designed contained (101) items. The results showed that the mean of the answers of the respondents about the degree of implementation Contemporary educational techniques in kindergarten in general has reached (3.61), a large degree. The results also showed the existence of differences Statistically significant between the answers of the respondents according to the variable function, which is between principals and supervisors for the benefit of principals with mean are the largest, as well as between teachers and supervisors for women. While there are no statistically significant according to a variable of type of kindergarten for both principals and teachers together or for principals alone or for teachers alone. The research was presented Proposals which benefit from a list of educational techniques as a tool to evaluate the reality of the use of teachers for activities In \ kindergarten. And conduct training sessions for principals and supervisors in kindergarten briefing everything related to the framework Intellectual pioneers of school activity, and conducting educational studies on the principle of communication techniques educational for Freinet.
