استهدفت المقالة تسليط الضوء على الإبداع وثقافة الطفل. وأظهرت المقالة تعدد الآراء واختلافها حول معني الإبداع. موضحة أن الإبداع ظاهرة إنسانية متعدد في جوانبه ترتبط به قدرات الفرد العقلية ودوافعه النفسية وسماته الانفعالية. وتطرقت المقالة إلى مناقشة العلاقة بين الإبداع والثقافة. وأشارت إلى ثقافة الطفل. وأوضحت انه "كيان في صيرورة" أي في حالة من النمو المتواصل فهو يتعلم من البيئة المحيطة به. وإذا سمحت له الظروف فإنه يستطيع أن يستثمر طاقاته الخلاقة في سن مبكرة. وأن هناك مناحٍ من شأنها تعميق ثقافة الطفل. من بينها المنحى الإثرائي والمنحى التربوي.
وحاولت المقالة الإجابة عن سؤال كيفية تنمية الإبداع عند الطفل. مشيرة إلى أهمية دور المعلم في الكشف عن الأطفال المبدعين. ودور المدرسة الفعال في إثارة حب الاستطلاع والتفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذها. وأوضحت أن الكتاب الجيد للطفل هو الذي ينمي سلوكه الاجتماعي ويوسع مداركه اللغوية ويزيد من معرفته واستمتاعه بهذا العالم عن طريق اللعب والتخيل.
وأوصت المقالة بضرورة تحديد الإشكاليات المعوقة للإبداع. ووضع إطار نسق تعليمي جديد يسعى إلى تفعيل الطاقات والقدرات الكامنة لدى الطفل ولدى القطاعات الجماهيرية الأخرى. وأوصت بأهمية إعداد المدرس إعدادا علميا وأكاديميا. يمكنه من اكتشاف المبدعين من التلاميذ وإتاحة الفرص أمامهم للتعبير بغير قهر أو إرغام أو سخرية أو عدم الاكتراث بقدراتهم الإبداعية. وأن يتوفر بالبيئة المدرسية بمواد متنوعة ومثيرة للإبداع. وضرورة أن تطلق العنان لأبنائها لإطلاق قدراتهم ومواهبهم. وان تكون مصدرا قيميا يتعلم من خلاله التلميذ التسامح إزاء التناقضات. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The article aimed to shed light on the creativity and culture of the child. The article showed a variety of opinions and differences about the meaning of creativity, explaining that the creativity is a multi-faceted human phenomenon linked to the individual's mental abilities, its psychological motivations and emotional characteristics. The article turned to the relationship between creativity and culture. It referred to the child's culture. It explained that he is "an entity in the becoming", namely in a state of continuous growth, he is learning from the environment surrounding it. If circumstances permit, he can invest his creative energies at an early age, there are approaches to deepen the child's culture, such as the enrichment and educational approaches.
The article attempted to answer the question of how to develop creativity in a child, indicating the importance of the teacher's role in the detection of creative children and the school's active role in stimulating the curiosity and creative thinking among its students. It explained that the good book for the child is the one who develops his social behavior and expands his linguistic sense and increases his knowledge and enjoyment of this world through play and imagination.
The article recommended the need to identify problems that impede creativity, and establish a new educational pattern framework that seeks to activate the latent energies and abilities of the child and the other public sectors. It also recommended the importance of preparing the teacher scientifically and academically. It can discover creative students and provide opportunities for them to express without coercion, forced, ridicule or indifference to their creative abilities.
