|e \nاستهدف البحث تسليط الضوء على تعليم الفنون لأطفال العالم العربي كوسيط للتنمية ومحور التفاهم الدولي. وتضمن البحث ثلاثة محاور أساسية. هي تعليم الفنون، مكانة الفنون، الفنون كوسائط للتنشئة من أجل تفاهم دولي. وأشار البحث إلى أن الفنون تعد من أعظم القدرات الإنسانية التي تميز الإنسان عن غيره من الكائنات الحية. وأن ممارستها تساعد في بناء الشخصية الإنسانية بناء متكاملا. سواء أكان جسميا أم عقليا أم وجدانيا أو اجتماعيا. حيث تكون الموسيقي وسيطا تربويا يحكم من خلال عملية التنشئة. \nوأوضح البحث أن الطفل منذ سنوات عمره المبكرة يكون في حاجة مستمرة إلى الموسيقى باعتبارها جزءا من وجوده اليوم. سواء بالاستماع إلى صوت امه وهي تهدهد له أو بإصدار الأصوات واللعب بها. وأظهر أن الغناء يعد من أهم مكونات التنشئة الموسيقية الذي يمكن من خلاله التعبير عن الذات. وأن تعلم الغناء مثل التعلم اللغوي يبدأ من مرحلة المهد أيضا. وأكد البحث على دور تعلم الفنون ومنها الموسيقى في فهم المتعلم لموسيقى الشعوب الأخرى وقبول الأخر. ومن ثم تقوم الموسيقى بدورها كوسيط للتفاهم الدولي وتقبل الفردية والاختلاف. كما أنها تشدد على العمل التعاوني الجماعي من خلال تنوع أنشطتها من أداء فردي أو جماعي عزفا وغناءً. \nوأوصى البحث بضرورة مطالبة المسئولين عن وسائل الإعلام المختلفة بوقاية الثقافات الوطنية من العواصف والتيارات الهدامة. وانه يجب على مصممي البرامج التعليمية التي تُقدم من خلال التعليم المنظم بالمدرسة. أو من خلال الإذاعة والتليفزيون التأكيد على إكساب المتعلمين معنى مفهوم التفاهم الدولي. والتشديد على الجانب الوجداني في قبول ثقافة الأخر واستيعابها من خلال الفنون المختلفة ولاسيما الموسيقى. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f \nThe research aimed to shed light on learning art for the children of the Arab world as an intermediary for development and the center of international understanding. The research included three main topics; including: teaching of arts, its positions, and arts as intermediaries for upbringing for an international understanding. The research pointed out that the arts are one of the greatest human abilities that distinguish human from other living things, practicing it helps to reform the human personality in an integrated manner whether physical, mental, material or social, where the music is an educational mediator governed through the upbringing process. \nThe research explained that the child from the early years of his life is in constant need of music as part of his presence today, either by listening to his mother's voice when she lulls him or by issuing sounds and playing with it. It showed that singing is one of the most important components of musical upbringing by which self-expression. Learning to sing like linguistic learning starts from the cradle stage as well. The research emphasized the role of learning arts, such as music in the learner's understanding of the other peoples' music and acceptance of others. Thus, the music plays its role as an intermediary of international understanding and acceptance of individuality and the difference. It also emphasizes collective collaborative work through the diversity of its activities either individual or collective performance, by playing and singing. \nThe research recommended the need to ask the various media officials to protect national cultures from the storms and destructive currents, the designers of educational programs, which provided through organized school education or through radio and television, must emphasize on giving learners the meaning of the concept of international understanding, focus on the emotional side in accepting the culture of others and assimilate it through different arts, especially music..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n
